Franklin still lives in his apartment so you technically can't live there, his car is parked right outside of it sometimes. Same goes for Travor's house, but without that car parked outside. So i'd assume Micheal still lives in his house too. Or at least, possibly. Since his house isn't for sale/rest either.

@@GlytchedOut literally the Franklin dlc put his and his wifes car outside of his house lmao, and Trevors trailer was used for him a couple times

Big fan of 4 Hangman Avenue it is a great apartment to own if you want to feel like you have a nice house. Affordable at only $175k, you get a pool, a full deck, and even a grass area to land a helicopter.

In my opinion it's the best house in the game, the yard got a great view, a radio that plays music in the yard (pretty sure it's west coast classic) a mini golf course, a pool and a huge driveway so friends can park. It's definitely one of the best place to just hang out with ur friends especially back in the days before all the newer appartments.

Next thing close to mansions? The casino penthouse it's the only property that actually has a lot of different things to do in one building it's just the Goat compared to all other appartments( also because of its location being close to the highway)

Once you've bought one apartment there isn't any reason to buy another outside of proximity preference. The interiors all look like the inside of Franklin's home. Same color scheme. You'll get a bit of variance in the lower tier flats due to them having beater interiors. Anything high end is just going to look like Franklin's house. It's like most vehicles have a generic interior shared across multiple makes and models.

Agree. Those apartments dont do much of a purpose. One in the city and one in Paleto other than that for spawn purposes player always can use businesses owned across the map.

Fun fact about 3 Alta Street, while not really a useful feature anymore, it’s the closest high end apt to Lester’s hideout. If you want to accomplish the elite challenge for the fleeca job I believe this apt is a must have. Not really worth your efforts these days, but it was a key feature to me maybe a decade ago😂

My billionaire character has a bunch of places, but one of the mid-range apartments is the ONLY one with a dedicated pool. It's in the north part of the city, couple streets away from Franklin iirc.

Alta street tower also has railroad access across the street in case you need to escape police for a cooldown, and it’s fun to f*ck around with other players that are trying to kill you by slipping into the tunnel.

A great feature of 2045 North Conker is the huge deck in the back where you could easily land a Thruster, Mk II Oppressor or Havok.

You started the list with the first place I bought and honestly my favorite. They really slept on the Northern Half of the map.

I just live in my Auto shop :D dark gray interior throughout the whole place, nicely layed out my favourite cars (I barely use) and close to the center of the city so I can get anywhere I want quick once I join. I actually do own only ONE appartment - the cheapest one there is that came for free with the game :D

I recommend the 2874 Hillcrest stilt house instead of the other 2 from the same road. The one at 2874 has a roof perfect for landing any size helicopter and it's easy to climb up onto the roof.

youre right about these, ive got the eclipse tower suite and 3655 wild oats drive, both very nice looking, especially 3655 from the outside, and ive got the procopio house, very useful to spawn teleport there

I can't even get anyone to help me play the original heists. I've played through them all when gta 5 came out on PC. Years later when I'm on Xbox, nobody wants to help. I only like things you can play solo.

Make a post on the homepage should find a few to help if you have a mic but yea heists with randoms just yea can go perfect or far from it some times I just laugh at how people fail them I've seen everything from parachutes into chopper blades to people who manage to run themselves over

Right those houses are way better looking

I try to keep one wherever I don't presence through my Bunker, Facility, Agency.... whereever I don't have a business, I keep an appartments close by. That way, with so many modders in the game, I can run to my business or appartments when needed.

Another great feature of that house in Paleto Bay that there's space out front to easily land helicopters.

The stilt homes would be forgivable if they chose literally any other exteriors instead of the ugly ones we got also should be able to customize the inside you can can with the casino penthouse

The North Conker 2044 is very nice too... it has a cool backyard with a nice view.

3655 Wild Oats Drive is the best apartment in the hills. The only apartment that has a pool, but no side gate sadly. You can climb the roof to the pool or see the view on the patio. The only one con for 4401 Procopio Drive is that the the wooden gate door don’t open and the garage don’t connect to the house.

The best one in procipo drive is the other one that’s on the same road it used to have a fountain in the garden on old gen but they removed it

Good info, overall. I love passing on what i know. First off, standalone garages are a boondoggle. A Safe House with a 6-car garage trumps a standalone 10-car garage. I bought the Paletto Bay house you showed, the trailer in Sandy Shores, and the small House in East LS. So with my Office, Luxury Condo, Hangar, Warehouses, MC Businesses, Club, Casino, Facility, Bunker, Franklin’s Business, sub, yacht, etc., i’m never far from a place to dip into if i need to. I did some duping back in the day, but i laundered all of that money into all the Businesses. All of my friends bought cars. Guess who has more money? I flipped that income. The key is passive income, Franklin’s bizz can give you 250k - per hour! Granted, that’s a grind, but it’s there for you, it gives you something to work toward. Also, always be sourcing Goods for your Warehouses. It can be hard, but try to wait for a bonus to Sell. Any questions or clarification, ask away.

The only apartment you need is for heist set ups This coming from a legit lvl 600 you will never use other ones and can't sell properties only trade them for others I have 4 empty garages because all my vehicles fit in CEO and other businesses and you can't sell them so unless your a role player you only need 1 cheap apartment to start heist and buy a 10 car garage for 100k if u need more space in a pinch if you are a newer player

There’s a lot of complaints about rockstar. Without a doubt it’s 10x better than ea and probably any other game company. The game has advanced crazy amounts over 10 years. As well they are releasing gta 6 next year anyone still playing gta 5 should be happy that there’s weekly updates. Apart from the gta+ there’s no reason they should be putting any focus at all into gta 5 anymore.

Me so far, I like enjoying an Diamond Casino Penthouse, I thought it's pretty nice. Got it as a start since I've joined Online since Christmas.

I think it’s the tinsel tower apartment. It’s across from the Acadius building (which is another CEO office) I thought I’d see that on the list

The wild oats one has a pool outside if you climb around the outside.

The stilt house apartments are terrible bro what are you talking about. The garages aren’t connected, meaning you have to exit and re enter when switching between the 2. And they’re far af away from everything. They’re outside of the city entirely

Cool fact. The house next to number three in this list has a water fall inside of it. Also, house number three in this list has a nice big porch.

I have Tinsel Towers apartment. I love it. I might get The Casino Penthouse, but I want to continue to build up my money a little bit more before I get The Casino Penthouse.

You have to have criminal enterprise pack which I don’t think you can get anymore

GTA 6 will hopefully have lots of different options and customizable places. I guess only the story mode will give us a taste of how future online apartments or homes could be implemented

I have weazel plaza n thats it, rest are garages n garage space in agency, auto shop etc

Murrieta heights from the day the game came out I’ve stayed in this area , yes I have a couple of high end apartments but I’ve got everything I need , ls customs, gun shop , shop , clothing store just over the bridge,nightclub, arcade , warehouses , car warehouse,auto shop and just a stones frow away from the car meet and the arena , casino and of course the centre of the city ,

To be honest I dont see purpose of having so many apartments. One in Paleto one in Los Santos (i personally recomend Del Piero). We have different busiensses across the map which almost everyone has its own apartment inside.

I really wish the layouts were different. I don’t think it would be that hard to make unique designs for each property.

Unpopular opinion: you should be able to customize your residence and garage. Every garage looking the same feels tacky to me

I hope in GTA 6 (online) apartments will be more unique and have more use than the current GTA online

Tbh I hate how keep everything is. Once you make 400m you can pretty much buy anything. I’ve literally spent just 245m on vehicles and customizing all of them

Fun fact if you move from a 10 car garage apt, to a 6 car apt, all of your cars transfer over, you will only see 6 cars, but your 4 other cars are put into storage. You can still access them

@@Adam-zj6jf Its actually been like that since the game came out. That's how I found out about it 10 yrs ago. You just cant sell any of the 4 in storage, or you will loose that space. To get storage space back, you have to then buy another 10 car garage.
