10 Most Impressive Mega Projects In Morocco - In this video, we will present 10 most impressive mega construction projects in Morocco, which are set to change the face of the country. Investment in Africa by country is at all-time high.
Known as the Western Kingdom, Morocco has lived up to its expectations as one of the most valuable countries of the continent of Africa. Generating the fifth largest economy in all of Africa, Morocco is expected to record a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 8% by 2024. The commercial building construction market in value terms is expected to register a growth of 10% over the forecast period. The pandemic has affected the economic growth of the country and surrounding regions. Still, affordable housing is expected to stay least affected, supported by a mix of public and private spending.
Infrastructure in Morocco, continues to make leaps of progression that consist of many innovative projects. These deal with rail line infrastructure, which is undergoing serious renovations and expansion. In 2018, the country officially unveiled it's $2.6 billion fastest high speed train in Africa, the Al Borag, which operates at a maximum speed of 320 km per hours. Also, the Moroccan government is planning to invest $28 billion in road construction through 2035. Apart from that, air and mobile infrastructure have also been kept in mind to ready the country for many years of tourism in the future. According to the B N C Network, there are over 200 active mega construction projects in Morocco with a combined estimated value of just under $66bn.
The North African country is experiencing sharp growth on the back of government investments that seek to meet the needs of a rising population, according to the “Morocco Construction Market Outlook” report.

Nigéria is great country the first economy of Africa. Morocco and Nigeria are poised to become great economic and political allies, Moroccan OCP the world's leader in fertilizers, has just invested in a huge fertilizer plant for agriculture which will serve the booming Nigeria Agriculture, many other great projects are on the "pipe' too, like the Nigeria-Morocco-Europe gas pipeline.
Europe is the past, Asia is the present, Africa is the future ! Long live Morocco ! God bless Morocco and the entire African continent !

Morocco wil never be African UAE, first cuz Morocco is ancient, multi-millennial country, the heir of centuries, even my parents are older than the existence of the UAE and moroccans dont have oil and they dont bring foreigners workers to build their country, moroccans are hard worker they build their own country. Morocco get bad with colonization since everything get wrong, they try their best to make change, still ain't perfect and moroccans have many things to fix but its already good start hope in the nearest future will be power.

I did wave on Sirilanca beginning 2020 with MSC MAGNIFICA ship. Unfortunately with covid 19 lock down....we couldn't go ashore... But was nice to deal with fuel staff and local authorities... Verry polite. Maybe next time. Big hello from morocco

According to the WEF Morocco has the third best infrastructure Egypt the second and Seychelles the first but they only have a few roads noting compared to the huge infrastructure net in Morocco and Egypt so that would make Egypt first and then Morocco

It's very impressive what they are making in Morocco! Lots of investiments for building many modern entreprises. The country, which I visited in 2019, is simply magnificent! With its ancient and imperial places, Medinas, Mosques, Mausoleums etc. The fabulous and unique Nature of its lands. The beautiful cities and their great people! It seems now Morocco is going to become a new United Arab Emirates with a brand new Dubai in Northern Afrika! 👍🏻😎🙌🏻🇲🇦

You forget the biggest and most anticipated one. The Casablanca Financial City in Anfa. The biggest in Africa and one of the biggest in the world. Also the new Nador Port will be the second biggest in Africa (first is Tanger).

Before watching this video, I imagined that Morocco consisted of deserts, sands, tents, camels, and people hunting animals for food, but I was shocked by what I saw of the development and projects in this video, and it is even more developed and modern than my country, Slovenia.
