Abdullah ibn Mughafal reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, the worst thieves among people are those who steal from their prayers.” It was said, “O Messenger of Allah, how do they steal from their prayers?” The Prophet said, “They do not complete its bowing or its prostration. The most miserly of people are those who are miserly with the greeting of peace.” Source: al-Muʻjam al-Awsaṭ 3503 Tranquility is required in prayer, so prayer isn't just outward. Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) entered the mosque and a person followed him. The man prayed and went to the Prophet and greeted him. The Prophet (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) returned the greeting and said to him, "Go back and pray, for you have not prayed." The man went back prayed in the same way as before, returned and greeted the Prophet who said, "Go back and pray, for you have not prayed." This happened thrice. The man said, "By Him Who sent you with the Truth, I cannot offer the prayer in a better way than this. Please, teach me how to pray." The Prophet (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) said, "When you stand for Prayer say Takbir and then recite from the Holy Qur'an (of what you know by heart) and then bow till you feel at ease. Then raise your head and stand up straight, then prostrate till you feel at ease during your prostration, then sit with calmness till you feel at ease (do not hurry) and do the same in all your prayers. - Bukhari 757, Book of Call to Athan Ibn Qayyim says completeness is when you are motionless. Ali shaybani said I prayed behind the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him, and he used to see what was behind him in salat. (This was from his miracles) He saw a man who didn't straighten his back in ruku or sujud and he said there is no prayer for the one who doesn't straighten there back. Abu Yala said Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him saw a man not completing the sujud, like he was pecking and said if he died now, he would die on a religion other then the religion of Muhammad. Ibn Qayyim in Kitab Ruh, a cause od sura katima or bad ending is to pray without perfecting it. Narrated AbdurRahman ibn Shibl: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited to peck like a crow, and to spread (the forearms) like a wild beast, and to fix a place in the mosque like a camel which fixes its place. These are the wordings of Qutaybah. Abi Dawud 862, Book of Salat As for the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah, may Allaah be pleased with him: “My friend (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) forbade me that I should peck in my prayer like the pecking of a rooster, that I should look about like the looking about of a fox and that I should squat like the squatting of the monkey.” Narrated Hudhaifa that he saw a person bowing and prostrating imperfectly. When he finished his Salat, Hudhaifa told him that he had not offered Salat. The subnarrator added, "I think that Hudhaifa also said: Were you to die you would die on a "Sunna" (legal way) other than that of Muhammad (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him)." - Bukhari 389, Salat Ali said Allah won't look at prayer of a person who doesn't straighten the back in ruku and Sujud. Ahmad collects 'A'isha reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him) used to begin prayer with takbir (saying Allahu Akbar) and the recitation: "Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe." When he bowed he neither kept his head up nor bent it down, but kept it between these extremes; when he raised his head after bowing he did not prostrate himself till he had stood erect; when he raised his head after prostration he did not prostrate himself again till he sat up. At the end of every two rak'ahs he recited the tahiyya; and he used to place his left foot flat (on the ground) and raise up the right; he prohibited the devil's way of sitting on the heels, and he forbade people to... their arms like a wild beast. And he used to finish the prayer with the taslim. - Muslim 498, Salat Quran 23 : 1. Successful indeed are the believers. 2. Those who offer their Salat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness.

@Laz:R1) “Straighten your Back in Rukoo' and Sujood” Means to Straighten it to the best of Your Ability. Allah doesn't put burden on the soul beyond what it can bear. 2)Tranquility/ Tuma'neenah/ Khushoo is a Peaceful State where your Recite Quran With Contemplation(of Meaning) and Concentration. You have to achieve it to the best of your ability. Unnecessary Movements are not allowed and If done excessively, can Invalidate the Prayer. Scratching or Itching isn't an Unnecessary Movement if you have an urge to do it.

I thought keeping back straight in rukoo was a sunnah and it was still valid of it was not exactly 90 degrees. Also it would be easier if you’d demonstrate the correct way because I didn’t understand a lot of the explainiation i still don’t understand

It is recommended to fast nine days of Dhul-Hijjah Fasting nine days of Dhul-Hijjah is mustahabb (recommended). This is indicated by the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), as narrated in the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): “There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days - i.e., ten days of Dhul-Hijjah).” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, not even jihad for the sake of Allah?” He said: “Not even jihad for the sake of Allah, unless a man goes out himself with his wealth and does not come back with anything (i.e., he expends all his wealth and is martyred).” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 969)
