    AHHHH 10 weeks!!!! Let’s make it happen! For the holidays I like to go in dieting hard and then enjoying myself on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day! I never deprive! Habit tracking is so so powerful! I remember you habit tracking a lot throughout your journey! So excited to see you back at it xo ... I start my week either Monday or Sunday ... just depends 😅

    I love it LB! I'm restarting my 90 day reset again today. 3rd time will be the charm. It will go into 2023 now but that's ok because most of what I'm doing are things I want to do permanently away. Stay at it. You can do it!

    I have been waiting for an update from you. Tracking what you eat is a good thing. I started Keto September 2 and I have tracked every bit of food I have eaten everyday since then on the Lose It app. So far I have lost 27 pounds and still going strong. I need to do a little bit of decluttering to, like putting things back where they belong.

    I luv this concept, I'm doing s 100 day G.Y.S.T challenge, and miracle morning routine, so I'm doing alot of these already , except track my nutrition on an app, that's what I want to do now
