Another big mistake: Stephanie/Jodie had hear ears pierced from the very beginning, but a few seasons in they did an episode where Kimmy pierced her ears.

They even pay homage to that episode in Fuller House. The girls are in the attic looking for a "Something Borrowed" for the wedding and DJ finds the earring. She remininces(sp? Such a weird word to spell) about Kimmy piercing Steph's ears and declares that earring will be her Something Borrowed.

Actually Jesse's name change wasn't a continuity mistake, John Stamos asked to have the name changed because of his Greek heritage.

The biggest one I noticed was a complete rewrite for Jesse’s history. In one episode he’s celebrating his high school reunion, but then later in another season he claims he quit high school 🤷‍♀️

We also went to my husbands 10 year reunion even though he dropped out as well (different schools in completely different towns).

Also, Kimmy mentioned a brother in one episode, and said she was an only child in another. What about Martha Quinn playing herself in an episode, then a totally different person in another? Then there's Jesse, who plays basketball with Joey... then he's suddenly horrible & doesn't know a thing about the game in season 8. There are a bunch of others as well.

I don't believe the one about Jesse calling Joey the wrong name. Many times, Jesse called him "Joseph", which Joey is a nickname for. I believe that's what he said.

Another continuity error: Cousin Steve was played by DJ's real life brother Kirk Cameron, and this episode was filmed at the same time Kirk Cameron was on Growing Pains. But in Fuller House, Kimmy and DJ find a Growing Pains poster of him and they call him Kirk Cameron and Kimmy says she had a huge crush on him. I think they missed the boat on that one, it would have been funny if DJ had said, "He looks exactly like my cousin Steve." But I guess they forgot about Cousin Steve altogether. Just like with other TV show cousins that were around one episode and never mentioned again as if they never existed.

I just put that as the full house world is its own universe where both Kirk Cameron and cousin Steve both exist…. I mean, the actor that played Harry in fuller house was not the same guy that played Harry as a kid

Not a mistake, but, the hockey player in the poster on DJ's wall is Candace Cameron's future husband Valeri Bure. Dave Coulier, (Joey), a huge hockey fan, introduced them at a charity hockey game. For years I wondered why DJ had a hockey poster on her wall.🤔

This was actually a really good video, didn’t take forever explaining things or anything, straight to the point and interesting!

I recognized all of these episodes thirty years after seeing them. Yet I can't remember things I need to know every day.

I've noticed a lot of these lol The double wink thing has always bothered me. The continuity things always bothered me, too. The biggest one is definitely Jesse's high school history. And Stephanie has always had pierced ears, so it was pointless to make an episode dedicated to her getting them pierced behind her father's back. How about the attic? Pretty sure the door leading to it only appeared in the fourth season, when Jesse proposed, because he and Becky would need a place to stay to keep them in the house with everyone else. And don't even get me started on the Fuller House continuity errors. For starters, the twins' bedroom suddenly moved from one end of the attic to the other and shrunk to about a quarter of the original size. Then in the last season, suddenly the attic isn't even fixed up anymore, but resembles its pre-renovated phase from the original Full House before Jesse fixed it up.

The double wink one has been bothering me for years now

One of the continuity errors I caught was in Season 1, they remodeled the garage/ basement into Joey's room, with the bed against the wall that used to be the garage door, inferring they closed it off and replaced the door with windows, yet every time an exterior shot of the house is shown, the garage door is still there.

Outside of the house doesn’t match with the show at all. They show lots of exterior shots where you can see it’s all houses surrounding the back yard with no lane and yet they had cars in the backyard a bunch of times like when Stephanie drove the car into the kitchen and when Jesse had Danny’s wrecked car in the back all covered in seaweed and when Joey bought DJ a car for her birthday that ended up being stolen.

There's a deleted scene where they didn't get permits, because Danny was a rebel. So they left the door as decoration to fool the city. Ok obviously not but that explains it.

I think Jesse could've said "Joseph" which he often called Joey. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I don't know if it is a mistake or what but, in early episodes, there is a certificate on DJ's wall. The winner of the certificate is listed as being named Jennifer.

I don’t remember these episodes shown but I have watched every episode since the beginning.

It’s crazy how you can clearly see a boom mic on camera and especially from the shadows outside.

In the very first episode DJ says that her friend Kimmy has sisters(I can’t remember how many but it was more than two) and that they all had their own rooms, but later in the series the sisters have all vanished and all Kimmy has is her annoying brother that we never see.

That was an older brother named Garth. But in Fuller House, she has a younger brother named Jimmy. Totally contradicts when Kimmy once said "I'm glad my parents stopped having kids after me."

Especially when Kimmy borrows his”magic handcuffs and uses them on DJ & Stephanie. She never mentioned her “younger brother Jimmy” who became a regular on Fuller House, but made that comment about her parents not having more kids after her. How does that make sense?

To be fair though, the name change was brought on by John Stamos because he wanted Jesse to have a Greek last name.

Just started making my way through Full House again (hadn't watched since I was a child) and did notice the error with the garage/Joey's room. It's quite annoying when episodes get aired out of order like this...and it's not as though this has improved over the years. Just try watching Miraculous Ladybug in the order it's aired. Every season there's an episode that makes leaves some viewers asking "Did I miss something?" And the answer is both yes and no.

This was neat to watch. Full House was one of my absolute favorite shows growing up... Even today at almost 34 years old... I will definitely sometimes watch reruns. Actually... I can honestly say without exaggeration... I have seen every episode at least once. (Most more than once.) Somehow missed these though. Thanks for posting. 😊 Side note. The one about the continuity error when it comes to the factor that the basement magically becomes unrenovated again... yes I agree you can totally tell that it was out of order. What I'm wondering is has any cast or crew member notice this? Not saying it really matters... Because obviously it's not something they can fix now... it would just be kind of neat to know which cast members/crew members noticed and when did they notice.

The beret issue from episode 1 could be because of how they refilmed it from the original pilot. The unaired pilot had John Posey. When they reshot it, they only reshot the scenes that had Danny in it when they recast Bon Saget. The rest of the scenes were left as is so could be part of it.

In "I've got a secret" when Michelle, Lisa, Derek and Aaron are in Michelle's room, in one clip, you see no sock on Michelle's foot, the next clip, it's magically back on, then poof, it disappeared again

You forgot a big one: In the pilot episode, DJ mentions that Kimmy has three sisters. Later on, Kimmy only a brother named Garth (who is older than her). In the sequel series, Garth is apparently forgotten and Kimmy suddenly has a younger brother named Jimmy, whom Stephanie says she remembers from when they were kids. You'd think Jeff Franklin would've remembered these details.

I watched the show when it aired when I was a kid/teen I rewatched the whole series again recently with my teenage daughter and didn't notice any of these 😂

When the girls get their room renovated by Vicki’s mom Liz Larson, the episode after that it’s back to the old style. Also, when Stephanie drives the car though the kitchen window, you can see a bunch of wood and such in the kitchen staircase. They kept using the living room staircase in that episode instead of the kitchen

Another continuity error, in season 1, Stephanie caught the chicken pox and then Joey and Jesse caught them from her, however, in later seasons when Joey was the opening comedy act for Wayne Newton, Joey’s father mentioned that when he had watched cartoons with Joey as a child when he was sick with the chicken pox. Maybe they should have put a little more effort into thinking about what Joey was actually sick with when he watched cartoons with his father as a child.

Yeah I noticed that too, When Joey's Dad told Joey, We spent two weeks watching cartoons together when you were sick with the Chickenpox when you were 3 years old. So apparently he already had chickenpox when he was a kid, I don't know why they had him have chickenpox when he already had them.🤔

Another Continuity error is about the attic in season 4 episode 20 Jesse and Becky comes back from their honeymoon with plans to move into their own place and Danny Joey Dj and Stephanie helps Jesse pack his stuff Michelle thinks she her Dad her Pal Joey her Sister Dj and her Sister Stephanie are all moving to her Aunt Becky’s place Jesse and Becky move into Becky’s place but Jesse misses his Family very much so Becky talks to Danny into letting Jesse and Her move into the attic which doesn’t s sense because if they had an attic sense the beginning Joey could’ve moved in there and Jesse could’ve stayed in his room or Jesse could’ve moved into the attic and Joey could’ve moved into the Jesse’s room i love Full House but there are a lot of Continuity errors and Mistakes

The layout of house so wrong. No matter what stairs they take, they end up same part upstairs. Where is the door go do to attic? If you take stairs down to basement/garage, the way the stairs are, you would be under half the kitchen and half under the yard. Why is there a second set of stairs down there that goes to the right? They never use it plus it would lead nowhere, unless there is a door that takes you outside. But in the backyard scenes, the only door is the kitchen door. So stairs that lead nowhere I guess.

the funniest part is that they either didnt catch these mistakes when airing, or they just loved the take so much that they didnt wanna risk losing such a good take by doing it again. Also the fact that film was expensive back then

you can pick literally any tv show or movie and if you pay close attention there will be mistakes, the reason is really simple they can do to throw a random number out 25 takes of one scene but they can easily use take #5. which is why you see in really any tv or movie if you look someone's drink empty in one scene than you get a different camera angle and it's empty the camera shifts again and back after a few words and the cup is full again. it's really about what goes on in the making of the show or movie.

Right before they said it I thought what about when they moved Joey into the garage but then the next episode his things are back in the alcove

I feel like the ice cream bowls were less of a mistake and more like carelessness, because they could’ve shown John Stamos shoving the ice cream in his shirt, and then, when it cut back to him, they could’ve replaced it with real ice cream in between shoots.

There's also one where Michelle gets her new bed, and the pillow under her head goes from light blue to dark blue.

It's so funny. I remember justifying some of these mistakes as a kid or even telling myself that I misunderstood. For the garage, I just said to myself that it is a different part of the house. For Jesse saying the toontown thing, I said oh he must be talking to himself. The ice cream? Oh, that's just how thick the ice cream is. That's why it hasn't spilled. I don't remember the shadows or their address mentioned. Little DJ saying tomorrow was her being silly and cute. 😅

I recently noticed the timeline of Jesse and Becky's kids made no sense. They went from infants at the end of season 5 to toddlers at the beginning of season 6 and they were already considering starting pre-school at some point in season 6.

@@FullHouseFan1313 But the girls would still go from one grade to the next in order. And they’d typically explain how much time passed between each season. Sometimes they’d end a season at the beginning of Summer then start the next when the kids were going back to school.

A mistake I noticed is in one of the intro clips (idk what they're called but it's before the theme song starts) where Joey is blowing bubbles for Nicky and Alex, Joey is sitting on the couch, then Michelle walks in and he suddenly sitting on the coffee table, and then in the next shot he's sitting on the couch again

One you missed: The episode where Jesse admits he dropped out of high school so he had to take classes to make up for it, only to be stuck on a train on the day of his graduation. In an earlier episode where Jesse meets his old high school girlfriend, he has a flash back to his high school graduation dance right before he breaks up with his gf. So did he graduate from high school or didn't he?

In the episode “Stephanie gets framed”, he said he did not wear the hat at graduation because it would ruin his coif. Probably high school but then he d Says he is a dropout. Illogical.

I remembered this one. John Stamos wanted it changed to Katsopolis so he could pay homage to his real life greek heritage. They only ever mentioned the name "Cochran" in one episode so the producers agreed to change it since they didn't think the audience would notice.

They switched Mary-Kate and Ashley in some scenes, and it shows. One of the girls mastered pronouncing her R's before the other one, so sometimes Michelle would say "color" perfectly, but then later on she says "coloh". Also, Ashley is right-handed while Mary Kate is a leftie, so watch when they switch hands doing things.

Maybe the wink/double wink thing was a mistake, but I think it led to comedy in that jesse would have said she wants to go on a date with him no matter what the plan was meant to be.

I've noticed boom mikes too. Quite easy to spot in sitcoms, never known why though. They aren't common in other shows as much.

There was an mistake in S4E20: After Jesse accepts to move back home, Becky calls for everyone to come upstairs, but the cast can be seen in the doorway waiting for their cue to enter the room.

I do remember noticing the winking mistake when I was a kid lol.

There’s a continuity scene in the episode where Michelle was with her friends (Season 8, episode 4, “I’ve got a Secret”) where in the beginning when Michelle and her friends were doing there handshake or as they called it “mutating”, in a scene, Michelle has both socks on, then another scene she only had one sock on and one off, then another scene they’re both back on. I’ve noticed that as a kid and it bothers me so much haha

She didn't. Michelle rides again isn't actually the finale. Full House has no planned finale. Michelle rides again was the last episode aired , NOT the last episode shot\produced. That would be "All Stood Up". Even Jodie Sweetin considers All Stood Up to be the last episode. Therefore, if you watch them in correct story order, Steve disappears after the Horse episode, therefore DJ and Steve only go to Prom together, but there is no evidence of them staying together.

I am rewatching full house and I get head stuck on these little details I was like I thought the garage is Joeys room now and didn't uncle Jesse say 2 winks is no

I think the one where Jesse supposedly calls Joey “Jesse” he’s actually saying Joesph but In a quick and lazy way. He says it a lot to Joey when he’s being goofy.

Those two episodes weren't filmed out of order. They were aired out of order.

I remember there was one episode where I think either Jesse,Joey, or Danny was talking to Michelle or tucking Michelle in bed and Stephanie can be seen in the hallway standing in her bee suit waiting to come in and say her lines

Actually noticed #10 too when I did a watch through nonstop and was like that ain’t right

The only one I ever noticed from this list is the double wink.

And, after the episode where they made Joey's new room, one or two episodes later, I think it was the first or one of the first episodes with Kimmy, DJ and Kimmy were talking in the garage and Stephanie was on the stairs... It was an old setup, like Joey's own room never happened or was a dream

Not sure if it's a mistake, but in the episode where they're fixing up a park there are extras wiping down a slide in the background, and one drops his rag and it slides down the slide where he immediately goes to pick it back up.

Love watching old threes company episodes .. boom mic in every other episode 😂

Another mistake: In one or more episodes, Jesse introduces himself with the surname Consopolous (I probably misspelled that 🤭) and in a few different episodes he says Cockran (I probably misspelled that, too!) Thanks for the video. These are fun.

Another mistake was when Stephanie got chicken pox and Joey got it as an adult, but in a later season Joey is talking to his Dad about when he got chicken pox at three years old

Super big one! The episode when the twins get swapped. If you follow all of the switches throughout the episode they actually got it wrong at the end 🤦🏼‍♀️

My girl watches this show, and she recently noticed that when they made the garage Joeys room, they had a bathroom put in but when Jesse takes the garage over for his studio, the bathroom is suddenly gone, and than in fuller house, when Stephanie is sleeping in the garage and max wakes her up, the bathroom is back again.

Why you didn't mention how Jesse's last name was changed from Cochran to cassopolis

I'm not sure about that last one because the garage episode is definitely dated and Joey's room episode is different even in the kids mannerisms, look etcetera. I might've noticed this episode switch because I was binging the show when it came to Hulu. But if I did notice it I chalked it up to the fact Joey's room is more recent time when Joey has his night at the comedy club and the ferret episode is more around the earth quake episode. So even if the switch is there it's merely an ordered mistake, that or a secret flashback easter egg. Becky winking "twice" is actually one eye blink versus two eyed blink. Plus it's very unnoticeable if she did or didn't blink once or twice. That and that might be a joke anyway. At least I might've precieved it that way when watching. Everything else is "so what, that's showbiz babe."

One thing I thought odd was the attic, from inside it looks big but fom the outside it doesnt look like there is enough room from the 2nd floor to the roof for it to be that big.
