lol- "Random workouts get you random results... for real." PREACH! I've hit all these mistakes too and only in the past year or so have realized that following random IG workouts wasn't going to get me the results I wanted for myself, even with all the 'target' videos for building muscle.

Those calculators for weight for petite women are terrible!! Those say I should be 105 (I am 5’) when I was 112 I looked sick my family was worried. I now lift weights and do Hiit. I have a lot more muscle and weigh 132 now. At my healthiest.

So happy I came across your channel! I’m also 5’1 and have lost 19 pounds so far. I still would like to lose a little more fat but have a toned look. It’s been hard to know how to overcome some of my specific obstacles bc I do feel my body is different from a taller person. Glad to find out that my hunch was right and that there’s a channel out here for little people like us! 😭 thank you ! ♥️

Hey! Just found your channel and you really deserve more subscribers! I have a question as I am a petite woman, I'm 5'0 and currently weigh 109 pounds. I recently lost about 15 pounds which I'm really happy with, but now that I'm down to my ideal weight, I have that "skinny fat" look because there is still not a lot of muscle although my bmi is fine. I guess my question is, I know that lifting would be the solution but being petite, I am so africa of looking short and bulky instead of more lean and tall, does that make sense? I would love your advice!

if we don’t have the $ to do petite power at the time how do we pick your IG workouts in a way that is progressive and not “random” bc i typically just pick a random workout from your page per day. is that wrong?

if I am trying to lose 40lbs of fat, should I include more cardio and not do soley weights. Bc I have been doing mostly strength training and have seen progress in my body and staying strong but the scale has barely moved and I have been on this journey since June of this year. I started at 178lbs at 5'1". and currently November i weighed myself for the first time and weigh 172lbs. I know I have lost fat, i can see it, but am I wrong to only do strenghth training? will I still lean out and see numbers decrease if I keep going?

I've learned a lot of the same points that you talk about from my personal experience over the years. I agree with the the philosophy, but my confusion comes from how you discuss random workouts. I think it's possible for there to be individuals out there who have gained knowledge, information, and wisdom through experience, meaning they've discovered the ways to eat wholesome and really understand what that looks like. Times have changed, so you have more information that's accessible. It may be easy to steer people towards specific programs that they should follow, prescribe to, and pay for. But there are dynamic people whom are all different. We see these people share their input like you via KZread or any other online source. The way to learn is to learn from mistakes and challenges as you have, and a good way to do it is to continue to remain curious, figuring things out, and remaining disciplined; instead of following something that's created. Maybe you have videos about this already, but what is your take on how individuals can learn to follow and create their program based on the knowledge and information they have. You say there is a science to all this, in which there definitely is. There are certain actions you take based on the the science and information. For example (one that you mention), if you know that strength training is something you do to get muscles and sustain your overall health and fitness goals, then you will incorporate that into your routine as you stated. If you follow the science, why is it that you are doing a random workout. People may choose to either go to the gym, or to do home workouts. Learning the proper way to do these excersises, whether it's related to form and doing them correctly and how to be effective is important. It's also whats being done and said in KZread videos to help people. How have you transitioned from what you are calling random workouts to a program. I get that it's random if you don't have the information and you dont know why you are doing the excersises you are doing and why and how you should be eating.
