I found your channel a few months ago and instantly felt connected to the church through you. This coming Thursday is my 4th meeting with the missionaries and I’m loving every moment of it. I wanted to say a massive thank you. Without you I wouldn’t have met such lovely people and wouldn’t be learning about any of this.

@@williamhenley8593 There is no Dna evidence that links native americans to people of the middle east. The book of abraham was entirely made up, the facsimiles are no more than funerary text. The kindehook plates. Absolutly no archelogical evidence for this huge civilazation that supposely lived in the americas, no language in pre-columbus america that resembles anything like reformed egyption or hebrew. Heavy plagiarsm from the 1700 kjv that had mistakes that ended up in the BOM. There were no horses, steel, wheat, elephants or chartiots in pre-columbus america. There is no mention of baptism or jesus in the OT, yet in the book of moses god reveled them to moses. There are some many things that do not add up with the church and reality that i do not have all day long to name them.

@@mclovinthewalrus2375 So these are all issues I have had in the past, but when you do more research into it you find the arguments are actually pretty weak. As for no evidence of large civilizations, that old criticism is no longer true. Look up LIDAR in South America, they even found evidence of highways. People get very caught up with DNA when they don't even know Lehi's genetic makeup. Not to mention the Book of Mormon says that they joined with people already their and then when you take into account genetic bottleneck and genetic drift it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. I can't go into as much detail as I would like on the comment but watch the video series below. How many sets of the Missionary Journals do you recommend on getting? I'm wondering if getting just one pack would last me the 18 months in the field or if I should add an additional scripture journal or personal journal, etc. Thank you so much for these videos too! I'll be serving in the Jamaican Kingston Mission in November :)

I used 3 journals my whole mission, roughly one for every 6 months, just depends how much you think you'll write and how big your handwriting is. I wrote a lot more than I ever thought I would
