She could've just followed the path of the cave walls if it was a matter of wandering off. That would explain why she was inside of the crevice in that scenario. I find it unsettling that the people responsible for her didn't notice she was gone. It's kinda weird that she was just calm and not relieved when she was found.

i saw the vlog of them and found that the girl accidentally fell in a crack in the mountain and they also managed to find out her parents looking for her nearby, she can't even understand english, so it was difficult for them to communicate

Yes usually in the crisis situations they are referring to here involving small children what happens is there's a deep family crisis as already beautifully stated & the parent thinks another adult family member has the child or children. I've survived many family deaths, natural disasters etc & when large groups of family are all together in these situations to comfort one another the children become a part of the larger whole being taken care of by many at once as families come together sometimes in other cities.. grandparents, aunts, cousins, etc. The parents think the child is with the grandma, the grandma thinks the child is with the aunt & so forth. It does take a village especially in times of emergency & loss but unfortunately sometimes this happens. Praise Jesus all was well in this case

It doesn't mean she was too panicked. It means that at the time of the disappearance she was not able to function properly due to an unforeseeable disruption in her personal life. In something like this it had to be an illness or injury that led to her not being able to provide proper parental care for her child since the baby was returned to her and they didn't press charges. Panic is a poor indicator of responsibility in this type of situation because it takes too much time to find the actual cause of the panic. Crisis situations are caused by different types of crises.

How did it happen? Well, the BK employee hadn't removed the Exif data from the uploaded photo, which suggested the culprit was somewhere in Mayfleld Heights, Ohio. This was at 11:47. Three minutes later at 11:50, the Burger King branch address was posted with wishes of happy unemployment. 5 minutes later, the news station was contacted by another 4channer. And three minutes later, at 11:58, a link was posted: BK's "Tell us about us" online forum. The foot photo, otherwise known as exhibit A, was attached. Well when a child goes missing. Mothers go into crisis because they lost their child they are in an extreme emotional state it’s a horrible thing to see. If they are in that crisis state you can’t arrest them because it’s clearly obvious that they didn’t do it on purpose

She was in crisis when she lost her child not because she lost her child! So that's why they cannot arrest her for losing her child because the situation she was in when she lost her child is considered a crisis, such a domestic violence or death etc.

The “crisis” the woman was in happened because she was panicking too much, and not thunking straight. When she losted her child, she prolly tried to think what happened, and she bagan to panick. Once that happened, she went into shock which caused her to not think straight. Then she finally called the police. Thats what that means (i think)

It means when an individual's life is suddenly met with a stressful situation: e.g. losing home due to financial difficulties, job loss, marriage break up, etc. Whatever the stressful situation is it can cause a mental breakdown whether it be depression or anxiety. Apparently, in this case, the mother was suffering from financial difficulties causing her to have panic attacks leaving her temporarily to be unable to care for her daughter properly. The mother is said to have been given support by the local authority after her child was found in the woods

Uhm nope. Crisis situation could mean something medical like diabetes sugar drop, seizure etc...or also her being in a dangerous situation where she had to handle something and couldn't watch the kid. It could mean alot of things.
