Tanner, how do u use this stuff to fix food intolerances and histamine reactions to food ...is it just using the strategies exactly the same ...can u do a video for that ? Or some tips 💚💛🧡

Yes, overtime these exercises can support our nervous system becoming more regulated/flexible. So we can use them proactively and reactively!

Tanner thanks for this. Just listening to the Celine Dion story. I become dysregulated listening to all the ‘this is not curable! And the negative messaging…you are Canadian Tanner, can’t you point her in the right direction?! 😂 gosh if we had a TMS advocate like that we could really get this out to the masses!
