Love your workouts so much! Especially when you talk with us through the workout. As someone trying to lose weight in the long term and a healthy manner, how many minutes do you recommend someone should work out for to burn fat? Like 30 or 45 minutes? I am not much of a beginner as I have been working out for a while, but I sometimes like to plan my workouts, including how long each should be.
