    Love your workouts so much! Especially when you talk with us through the workout. As someone trying to lose weight in the long term and a healthy manner, how many minutes do you recommend someone should work out for to burn fat? Like 30 or 45 minutes? I am not much of a beginner as I have been working out for a while, but I sometimes like to plan my workouts, including how long each should be.

    I LOVE this! Do you have anything for the part of arm between the hand and the elbow? as my top arms are growing these seem to be looking small in comparing
