Follow along as we work our way through 10 different exercises hitting all angles of the glutes (Gluteus Maximus, Medius and Minimus).
This workout goes for 10 minutes | 5 minutes each side
30 seconds on each exercise | 30 second rest when we swap sides
1. Clams
2. Clams Feet Up
3. Leg Circles Forwards
4. Change Direction
5. 90 Degree Clams
6. 90 Degree Clams Kick Out
7. Hip Abduction
8. 45 Degrees
9. Hot Potato
10. Rectangle
BOOTY INFO: Muscles respond to progressive overload, but also important to include higher rep workouts, just like glute challenge workouts. This will increase muscular endurance which will help maintain muscle mass, burn calories and a leaner physique.

I'd always seen women doing these exercises and thought it was only for aesthetic reasons. turns out my weak side glutes are a major reason for tightness in my lower back and hip flexors, can't wait to try out this routine!

Thank you for suggesting this workout! 6 months pregnant and this is very safe... but WOW, it felt like I've never worked these muscles in my life. I am dead. Will be putting this on my permanent rotation.

Girl. I have been doing side glute workouts on KZread for a year, and nothing has kicked my ass (literally) like this one! Can't believe I only just found it. I also find myself liking your format a bit more compared to other fitness KZreadrs: 1) I like the brick background. It's a nice change from the white wall and macramé - no hate to that aesthetic, it's just that every channel seems to use it, and I like the change! 2) Your music was appropriate with appropriate volume. It wasn't obnoxious. 3) You offered a counter pose at the end, which I appreciated. 4) A soothing voice/accent is always a plus when a part of my body feels like it's on fire. I really hope you get even more followers. Subscribed!

@@cloesmee5390 I don’t notice much “bulking up” there but I do notice a massive difference internally. I had lower back pain for years and side glute workouts are the only thing that fix it. Other types of exercise are much easier now that I’m relying less on my quads and more of my hips. Not much visual change but might be if I added weights or a resistance band

Hi Roxanne, I just wanted to day that I really really like these glute series! Ive been doing all kinds of excercise for the last five years including crossfit but I feel like your workouts are the first ones that really strengthen my hips. I have tried dozens of side booty workouts and NONE make my side glutes feel the way this workout does. I feel my deep side booty muscles working like never before. It’s amazing how these small but intense movements can have such an impact.

My *super very favorite* is your 20 minute Beginner MetCon Kettlebell with a 10kg KB. Hi lovely, hip dips are normal and can depend on the shape of your pelvis/bones. You can defiantly build up muscle on the glutes and hips but you can't spot reduce fat in areas. Hope this helps x

i did the first side and i could easily feel the workout in my side glute but when i switched and could only feel it in my leg :(, any tips?

Do the workout again and start with the other side, see if the same thing happens with the other leg when you switch, it could be down to fatigue and your form is compromised. let me know how you go😁

That was crazy difficult. I completed his after a 30-minute glute/ hamstring workout. I used 1.5 kg ankle weight for this workout. You moved a little too quickly near the end it was hard to follow.

I know its really late but i have really ugly, weak, flat hips and im REALLY insecure abt it (its the only reason why i dont wear leggings) and i read the comments so ill do it until i see the results ❤
