My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (4-5 servings🍝):
300g spaghetti
Cook al dente
olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
400 g (14 oz) beef, diced
salt and pepper
Paprika and herb mixture
2 tbsp tomato paste
400 g (14 oz) chopped tomatoes in the sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
400 ml (2 cups / 14 fl oz) vegetable broth
Let the soup simmer over low heat while you cook the noodles
50 g (1.7 oz) grated hard cheese
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.

la carne cucinata in quel modo sarà diventata durissima, a meno che non abbia cotto per 3 ore, poi una cipolla grande e due spicchi d'aglio per 400gr di carne mi sembrano eccessivi specialmente con tutte le altre spezie
