Dekhane mein bahut sundar ho sakta hai tasty bhi ho lekin sorry to say very very health hazardous . Jara sochiye as per Ayurveda doodh fruit n dahi teeno milakar bana zabardast virudh ahar jo shareer mein banata hsi vishaila tatva. Teeno akele amrit lekin combo mein toxic. Shama karein agar bura laga ho 🙏
