I loved this - you should definitely do one of these for each of the chakras if you can or haven’t done so already!!! Also, would love a full hour with this voice. Feel like I’m always getting somewhere really good just as we end in 10 minutes!

I should admit that this guided meditation is very poweful!!! The sentences (affirmations) used are very accurate and effective! I cried out of happiness while doing this meditation.. I realised that I already have 7 babies inside me which I need to take REALLY good care of, in order to take care of the world outside! I wholeheartedly thank the creator of this video for creating this content! Thank you so much ❤️

Throughout this meditation I maintained a breathing pattern of inhaling for 4 counts and exhaling for 4. Felt really really good. You have a gift!! Thank you as always ❤️

I lost my dad two years ago I’m struggling w migraines please God, my angels and God please help me 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💤😩😩😩

This is great but I have some feedback if that's ok! - I'd love these to be slowed down more. Everything said doesn't have enough time to be deeply absorbed imo. I'm sure 10 minutes was the goal so I'd cut some words out or just lengthen the time. - A complete 15 minute series for all 7 chakras as a guided meditation would be great. Either way thank you for this. It's great.
