Also how exactly do I meditate? I couldn't find a proper guide anywhere.

Make a timer for the time amount you want to meditate, then you try to think nothing. If you start having thoughts just get back to thinking nothing. You do this as long the timer is. Meditating should help you to have a clear mind with thinking about nothing. Hope this helps you.
