I've done it twice now. 1st time with a slightly lighter Kettlebell. Today I went for a heavier one and gosh it was hard. Great stuff though I loved it. Really great exercises!!

I've been doing this workout for about 4 weeks and I'm loving the results. I'm down major inches! I can tell by a favorite pair of pants I love that were loose when I put them on a few days ago Thanks!

When you’re trying to do this exercise with a 25 lbs bell and try not to breathe too loud so you don’t wake a sleeping baby😅

I just bought a soft kettlebelt to add some variaty to my workout and found this great short and effective workout ( I have a baby at home so my workout time is limited to 30-40min) I appreciate SO MUCH no extra talking, straight to the workout ✊ Looking forward to more!

10 years ago I would've done more than this before a 10 mile run, now I'm weighing nearly half as much again as I did then due to some injuries forcing me to stop. I think I have now got to a point that I can start working out again, if my right foot still works tomorrow I should be ok! I could barely clear this today with a 10kg kettlebell, and now I can barely stand!

On the kettlebell swings I see that sometimes arms are bent more vs straight throughout the entire exercise ... is there a reason for that or just depends on the person's strength, flexibility (or elbow issues?)?

What is the best kg kettle bell? I got 10kg and feel it's too heavy for some of these. Might get a lighter one

This all depends on what other type of workouts/training you are doing and what you want to accomplish. With our training videos, they are there to be able to do one per day or supplemental throughout the week with other types of training. Check back each Saturday for a new video.

upright rows are an old-fashioned and dangerous exercise for your shoulders, think over rotation internally leading to damage, it also doesn't do much for your wrist health ...otherwise, everything else was good.

Someone needs to show Carla how to hold the bell in rack position properly. Her form on that is a mess.
