@@frigginsepone446 that's not his "expertise." Nookrium has the same games in two days span. Heck even DT Gaming. It doesn't work like that, he doesn't "discover" games on his own except maybe here and there when there is a hole to fill up in his schedule. They're approached by the developers most of the time. This is a job, and he absolutely does the worst job ever because he can't play any. The reason I know this, is because I've been closely following gaming youtubers for a decade and I'm a dev. I follow a great number of youtubers and they always showcase similar titles in a range of few days at most. Stop spewing this nonsense, what they do is practically an extension of gaming journalism for the streaming subculture, they add some kind of personality, but do it without any decent review and no strings attached. They get paid in proportion to their viewership. So it's good for them to just attract swarms of normies like you, without explaining what they do and why. "They're finding games" yeah right. Sounds like a legit business model which gets you food on the table. As someone who makes games for a living, I can find you hundreds of games in no time, literally in half an hour, many of which are from my memory alone, because I have a vast information network and 30 years of experience. Are you willing to pay me for that? If the answer is no, then you've answered what Splattercat's job is. He's a middle man in game marketing. He "entertains" while "presenting" the games to his "audience". My point is that he doesn't do a good job. He never does. Well tbh 'sometimes' he can be entertaining. But that's about it. The games usually suffer from very bad presentation.

@@milanstevic8424 Well, first of all it doesn't matter who else is presenting games, all I need is to know about these games, and thanks to Splatty I came across many games I enjoyed, that I otherwise would have missed. Secondly, it's common knowledge that influencers are a kind of gaming journalism, as if not everybody around here would know that. And yes, I am a normie, like most people are (not you genius obviously). That's "normal" you know, nothing bad about that. Third, I do not pay him anything. I just press the like button, that's not a big deal. Fourthly, you might know a lot of games, but that doesn't help me at all, you'll have to show them to me so I can decide if I like them or not. And according to the comment you made I don't think you would be very "enertaining" to watch. Last but not least, I like that Splatty just "plays" the games instead of "presenting" an edited video, he just starts at the beginning and plays for half an hour the same way a "normie" does, that's an honest review in my opinion. And that YOU don't like it doesn't mean it has to be bad for everybody else, who do you think you are, the center of the universe? BTW, what the heck are you doing here if Splatty's presentation is that bad? Trolling people who comment the OP by explaining the obvious in an arrogant and unkind way? Get lost!

That's a cool gameplay, gotta manage running, looting and shooting, with the hunkering down at nights. The special events are an interesting additional challenge, a very fun game to grab and very topical for this coming Halloween, another nice one from you Splatt', thanks !

We need more games like this. This is definitely my new favorite genre of games. Just got the wild eight for ps4 and its amazing.

Would like to see a feature where you can pick up survivers as you run/loot and they would give you some type of stat boost, special item, or buff. Like needing to collect certain amount to receive the reward.

Really like this game, had few issues to begin with stability while playing with friends but the latest major update fixed that right up and now able to play with a few buddies have made it to about Mile away looking to finish this weekend!

More plz splat, I’d watch a series on this

The thing I like abt this game is that difficulty doesn’t increase with time. It increases the further you move left. So if ur undergeared u can just run back right and the difficulty goes down.

@@mikeymicros4676 Thanks for the tip. I ended up getting the game for my husband after all 😂 He was really liking the gameplay he saw in this video. So who knows, I might give it a try after all. Be a lot of mooching around in the "safe" areas and looting stuff I won't be able to carry.

Ha ha ha, yes I saw the same thing. You know how the saying goes : "Friendly fire ain't".

How the fuck does it take days to trek ten miles?! The average human can walk at about three miles an hour, fucken booking it across the suburbs? You could make ten miles in an hour! Even with all the chaos and looting, you could definitely make it in less than a day. Still, looks like a really cool game

No, whatever infected level you are in it stays when you die you just go back a bit where the game was last saved, but you are able to go back to lower levels if you are wanting to mainly you just need to get stronger equipment for that area

I like the concept, I like the randomly generated city blocks, the combat seems fun enough, but the game just seems like it's missing...something. Maybe with a post-launch patch or two it'll grab me. Basically I'd just love an open world, zombie themed Neon Chrome. Right now just feels kinda cheap and low budget. All the off-brand gun names don't help.

I bet most of your viewers wish You make a Project Zomboid professional series to survive as much as You can. Like You did in The Long Dark.
