I was a towel holder compared to Tom DeSimone (Pesci played in Goodfellas), but I knew him from a bar we hung out at. He was a funny guy. He could tell jokes and funny stories for hours. He also was a follower seeking the approval of Anthony Stabile and others. That's insecurity. He was only 4 years older than me but was in prison in his 20's. In jail he was a whiner. He didn't make it to age 30.
