I just got the Celine Triomphe Classique from Paris a couple of weeks ago and the price differential is even larger... USD price is $4,150 pre-tax and all-in, I got it for about $3,200. You feel like you're getting such a *great deal* that it makes sense to buy 3, 4, 5 handbags, forgetting that they are still quite expensive 😂 Have to restrain yourself. GIRL MATH.

The main reason why many wealthy ladies buy *condup* fake bags is because they realize that buying Birkin bags and Kelly bags is not the right investment. It is meaningless to spend money like this, but carrying a carpet bag does not match your status. .

One thing I always laugh at is when people say that by buying fakes you are engaging in illegal activity, don't you keep up with some of these big brands and what they are involved in? Haha, selective morality is hilarious. , *condup* But either way, it's in your best interest and as long as you don't try to resell it as genuine, it's no one's business whether your bag is real or fake

I bought a *condup* super fake because I was still undecided on whether I liked it enough to buy the real deal. It arrived and it was great, I didn't need to buy the original one. The attention to detail is amazing and even shows in all the packaging and labels. It does make me feel a certain way about the designers selling these bags. They were selling it for about 10 times what I paid. They are ripping people off. Hermès is the worst at this - I imagine them in the board room laughing at how much people are prepared to pay.

I have the Coach tabby 18 and wow that bag didn't transfer a bit of color, I even wore it in the rain with my dark denim jacket, keep in mind it was absolutely pouring and I put it on underneath my jacket Got wet, that was over 8 months ago, it's very sturdy and over a year it's still looking great, also the same light yellow color so you can easily match it with anything, even a jacket, when you wear It really pops when worn with dark clothes *condup*

Yes I know not everyone can afford these bags, but wouldn't people want to know other people's experiences with this bag before wasting their money? Like other KZreadrs have said about this bag, I got a *condup* and I'm very happy with my bag. You are lucky that your thrift store has such great prices. Be all of my local thrift stores price everything as if you are shopping at Neiman Marcus. Even if the *preluxz* are not real name brand. That's one reason why I don't go thrifting anymore. Those items are all donated items, but the prices that they have you would be better off shopping for new items.

I still love my LV reverse monogram *preluxz* lutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

I will be in France next year and will be looking to pick up more Celine bags (I bought several Chanels this year already, from FashionPhile and was lucky to get really beautiful pieces for a bit less). I also want a Jill Sander Cannolo and the Loewe puzzle bag but am not going to Spain any time soon. These savings do seem considerable. 😍 (Oh, and it helps to know someone who lives in New Jersey, to save the high state sales taxes in California or NY, for example.)

The reality is: if you're rich and famous, your *preluxz* bags are seen as a sign of success. If you are just an ordinary worker working a 9-to-5 job, your real bag is likely to be considered the fruit of your efforts.

Hi helpful video but just wanted to let you know, if purchasing goods overseas we do have to pay duties taxes when returning to the states, so the true VAT refund is much lower Also appreciate NY has a high state tax but most states have a much lower rates.

I came back from spain . Spain is said to be cheapest but it depends on the brand. I bought a Gucci bag and the tax refund is only 9%. Howver if you buy more ,.tax refund is higher. .22j % is ust generalizing so its not accurate.

Hi Alice! We also have to pay US tax when bringing these items back. People used to not report them but I've heard that they are tracking the people and they might even have the information from your passport since it is used to get the refund. I am not sure if there is a minimum but I've heard that it depends on the state of arrival.

At the end of the year we are going to Italy and then ending our trip in Paris. If I buy luxury Italian items in Italy but leave the EU from Paris do I declare my Global Blue tax refund in Paris before we leave? It’s a bit confusing being an American. Are you still offering your personal shopping experience?

This will be the third year in a row that we have gone and we absolutely love it there. Our dream is to buy a flat in Paris so we can come and go throughout the year.

But US citizens have to pay American import taxes when returning to the States with freshly bought luxury goods from the EU!!! Costs a pretty penny😢

You still save lots of money, leather goods are 3% after your $800 per person allowance. Vat refund can be 20%, leaves you with at least 15% savings.

Came back from Paris and what an experience. Getting that tax reimbursement was confusing. Things are less expensive, but the Euro is higher than the USD which kind of makes those items almost on par with the amount they sell them here in the states. I brought a wallet in London for 538.88€, in the US it was $600. I saved about $40. Not much of a difference. I would recommend visiting Galeries Lafayette in Paris. IT'S ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. .
