Thanks to you now all my opponents try the same methods on me😢
The Level 10 puzzle is given in Aron Nimzowitsch's classic "My System", my favourite chess book of all time!

@@Checky68 It should be an enjoyable, if outdated, read for players of all strengths. Of course I cannot definitively say how it has contributed to my rating. I would agree that it has made a lasting impression on my understanding of the game.
That last one was honestly INSANITY. The crazy bishop EVERYTHING move and the absolutely MIND BLOWING rook sacrifice. Absolutely Beautiful.
I solved the first 6 but I found 7 quite difficult great video as always!
I’m proud of myself for having solved almost all the puzzles, including the final one

@@-sn4k3-94 dude, these puzzles are rated for 2500+ GMs. You’re a measly 1500 blitz, who is like 1100 elo. Who will get adopted by 2000+ player. I couldn’t solve a lot of these myself. No beginner is solving this. Why lie?

Zach, Your editing skill is gradually getting really good Great Video quality and great content as well Cheers 🙌
Thanks you so much Zach for the valuable chess resource you provide in this channel keep it up ! 🎉
hi zach, really enjoying this video series so far! could i suggest a few more themes: prophylaxis (type 1 and type 2 as per naroditsky's theory); colinear moves i.e. a retreating move of say a bishop or rook when threatened on a diagonal or file onto a better square in order to exchange on your own terms; king walks
Very cool puzzles 🏅
I like that ur editing style evolved
last one was crazy, love ur videos
insane last puzzle!
needed this video thankss 😃
Puzzle #6 reminds me of Morphy's Opera game

I agree, I mean the ending is pretty similar, queen sac in both positions deflecting a knight to open up the diagonal for DSB and do a bishop rook checkmate...
I’d like to just say that your content is amongst the best when it comes to educational chess on KZread. I really like the unique content but i would also love a rapid speed run where you talk about positions and explain your thought process during every phase of the game. Keep up the great work!

Hi sir , can you suggest best books to read ? by the way my rating is 1300. what book do you suggest for me
I managed to solve the last one in less than 20 seconds and I don't even know how I did it. I failed level 7 but somehow completed the last one in less than 20 seconds. anyways really great and educative video!
Almost solved the final one after thinking for about 2 mins
Merci!
Idk wth happened to me, 1400-1600 took me about 6 seconds whereas 1200-1400 took like 3 minutes

Nice bro
I'm 550 elo in rapid, like 450 in blitz, couple points under 900 in daily games and I easily cleared level 1, but on level 2 I saw the queen sac and I had the right idea that somehow the rook will do the checkmate, but somehow I missed the bishop check on h6, but then again I cleared level 3 pretty easily😂 Edit: went to study level 4 on a board and I had definetly the right ideas, but I couldn't find the follow ups after first couple checks. (I explored options and definetly had the right ideas) Even on level 5 I found the rook sac, but definetly couldn't see the follow up:D Of course I knew somehow the rook on g8 will deliver either a check or checkmate and get involved in the mating net. But holy crap I cleared level 6:D If someone reads this comment I can even put the moves in before I've watched the solution. Bishop to c4, black queen takes, white queen to e8, black knight takes and whitw rook to f8, opera checkmate:D Level 7 is where I couldn't find even the first move. Level 8, found the right ideas and I immediatly knew about a possible rook lift too. Imo level 7 was way harder than level 8. Level 9 found the first move (didn't know if it was the first move thought, but saw it as a possibility) Found some ideas like a queen sac on h6, which led to no where:D Also I saw white bishop to f7 proably is part of the mating net at some point. Definetly didn't find the follow up thought...
3:18 sac the roook e4 queen takes then bf6 then no one can stop mate if it doesnt take rh4 queen takes bishop qh7# is a beautiful mate
Zackary, when you say elo does it mean chesscom elo or lichess, fide?

I don't get why the white rook couldn't have gone behind the king to open up g1 when the rook moved to b8. In level 7
Could you please maybe flip the board when it’s black to move??

Puzzle 2 features a game of Judith Polgar (as white).
I got all correct!
4:12 sac queen h8 king takes nf5 king moves g8 ne7 mate
7:50 b2 rook sac rook takes knight take pawn c3 check king moves down rook g1 mate
10:19 qa1 queen takes bc4 kh8 forced king h2 rook f8 checkmate
puzzle 6 took me 3 seconds, and i found every move in puzzle 10 but not in a row just move by move
Thank you!

Yeah I found the level 10 puzzle answer... Pretty proud
Level 3: Queen sacrifice could be on h8 I think.

I thought of that too but then nf5 wouldn't be double check so they can just block with the pawn
I like the way you speak
I noticed, that I had found all the correct moves in the beginning. But couldn't complete most of the checkmate in the end! Because of overthinking
you can't believe me but i found the final puzzle's solution. (all the moves)
The final is so easy
The last one was the most easiest one
I solved the last one the quickest
I only solved the first one
How did I figure out level 8 but not 7
couldnt solve puzzle 8, but could puzzle 9. that's a bit strange, but okay. the puzzle 9 gives the woodpecker method vibes

The 1700 puzzle must for 2400 level
The 6th one was actually easiest for me
Me in puzzle 5 trying to solve it for 5 minutes and realized its black to play not white to play
I think the whole concept of mating net is much higher level than any basic tactics and so the default elo shouldvebeen 1000 elo
I somehow solved EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HOW DID I DO THIS
who else loves this guys videos?
it literaly took 15 mins for me to solve the 2500+ problem😅😅 really hard
