I’ve never seen someone eating Natto by itself. The most common way is to pour it on the bowl of steamed rice. And I like the omelette with natto! Since you still have two more packs, please try :)

Same here. Personally, I add some green onion and just a little more of that Japanese mustard. That tiny pouch just is not enough. I'll have to give omelette a shot. I usually just have 2 soft boiled eggs to go with the Natto and some furikake or seaweed.

I’ve seen other video’s of Asian people eating Natto by itself like he did. Never saw it eaten with steamed rice or in an omelette. He’s just following what the directions say on the package in how to eat Natto. I’m sure there’s many ways to eat it with someone’s own recipes.

Ants LOVE sweet stuff! I remember years ago I saw some spilled soda on a sidewalk & ants were all over it like it was the best meal ever. I have a feeling if Dancing Bacon poured a little sweet soda, fruit juice, honey or syrup on that natto bean the ants would've treated it like the best food they ever encountered.

It seems natto is a food of extremes- either you really like it, or you absolutely hate the stuff. I'm in the same camp as DB- it's just one of those foods I can't bring myself to like.
