In india you can get lot's of variety in its food..in every region of india there's lot's of variety of local food
India is famous for its Culture not only Food. Culture includes the way we live, talk, eat, dress up , art, architecture, music and dances. No other country is probably as diverse as India is. 29 states of India are formed on "Linguistic" basis and not on religious basis which means every state ha its own language.
I recommended you to visit North Eastern Parts of India , Rajasthan and Gujarat.
Wow you're in jaipur... Welcome to my homeland

Curry with watery gravy is famous in India becoz Indians hate eating Dry foods. So they just dip their dry food in the curry to make it a little wet, so that the food can easily go down inside from mouth to the stomach without choking your food pipe. Sometimes dry food items are difficult to digest, and for that, you have to drink water.

@7:00 u know why he put chilly bcoz some people in India think less spicy means less Masala which is Hindi name of spices. Yeah they take it literally. For us spicy means with lot of spices. So next time just say NO MIRCHI(chillies).
Not every vegetable item is called curry. We call them as Tari or Rase ki sabji
Plz visit south India its totally diffrent place with very different food and lot more greener and also less people plz visit temples is Tamil Nadu since they are the one which are remain untouched by muslim invaders and there food also very good and they are lot more nicer than north indian one . If you are still in India you should be more careful, it's not bad to support a local seller but it should be your choice not theirs.....Pro tip....... don't eat everything you find in the streets even a local would get sick from that. try to go for the spots that got a long line or some local recommend.
@backpackerfelipe

@@lucifermaklon2653 thank you 😊 Yes, most of the time we've chosen only stalls with lot of locals, but didn't film them for privacy reasons. And they told us also the price. We've got sick later or, somewhere in Agra, eventhough we didn't eat street food there 🙈

He got overcharged because he got his food in tourist spots. Normally it would cost 30%-50% less than what he paid at regular areas

Actually, I think only 2-3 places were bit more touristy. Other were far from center, where locals were dining too 😊Maybe it was only that we didn't know, that the food is even cheaper, that we got charged a bit more 😁But still, it was worth every rupee!
"fried like everything in India" 💀 my guy you call chutney "sauce" be humble 😭
Hey man in one single day you should not eat all these spicy food Actually we use to eat those street food two or three times in a week.
If u want fill ur hungry in 1💶 don't go popular restaurants..
REAL INDIAN HOME FOOD at Basic level isn't SPICY or OILY....try plain KHICHDI, IDLI, NEER DOSA, SO many clear SOUPS...malai tikka aint spicy, grilled paneer just with salt or by itself, Plain chapati with boiled dal isn't spicy, aur basic home dal rice veggies,we cook for kids or old people we dont put oil or spice...u haven't done ur travel homework before all that complaining man. ur probable eating at the wrong place...and its land of spice thats what we grow of course many dishes will b spicy but many are also not please do better research...rasgulla has no oil, RASMALAI as dessert u will flip ur tits, try real rabri, matthaa, lassi, chhena pice, steamed bamboo fish
