Video to start with a departmental train and Hardsmoking Alcos in front 2 bankers for such a small length of train Any criteria or some such thing from the railways with regard to the attachment of bankers the shooting of movement of trains from the top are a treat to watch one more thing I noticed is the shooting of the train from inside the tunnel is worth watching

I see that some specific locos like WAP 7 and WCAM didn't use bankers locos . Why???

They were descending down, bankers are needed to Ascend the ghat.

Totally trains If one closely watches the full length of the train then you will understand Departmental train is required for transporting equipments and other railway requirements for laying tracks poles etc
