OMG Abi you're so good bro! This times, situations are bit difficult to learn new things. But you smashed it bro. Sometimes specially in public transports people are not willing to scoot over & give us heart burn. On the other hand on our rainy days it's also hard to find a go to person who is ready to hold our lines or to look after our clothes on the cloth line so that we not robbed by career criminals who have a knack for stealing other's property. I am telling you all this racking my brain, shielding my eyes from the radiation & twiddling my thumbs thinking about what is next. Stay blessed ❤️

"ልብሶቹን ልታሰጣቸው/ጪያቸው ትችላለህ/ያለሽ" "can you please hang the clothes out" ---> This phrase just means to put wet clothes on a clothes line (ልብስ ማስጫ ገመድ) using a cloth hanger (ልብስ መስቅያ) or in order to dry them by hanging them using a cloth pin (ልብስ መቆንጠጫ) to secure them and allow them to dry.

Love your teaching methods as you have a knack for it. I am racking my brain to find the right answers for some of the expressions on today’s lesson. I was shielding my eyes from the sunlight while I walk around the cloth lines. I was not aware that he is a carrier criminal, although I hold the line for him and scoot over to sit beside me, he didn’t shy from taking my money that I saved for rainy days. Twiddling my thumbs did not help me for my heart burn so I took some anti acid.

While "hold my line" can be understood in the context of asking someone to save your place in a line, it's not a commonly used or widely recognized phrase, and it may cause some confusion. It's more straightforward to say something like: "Excuse me, I need to use the restroom. Could you please save my spot in line? I'll be back shortly." This way, you're explicitly asking the person behind you to hold your place in the line until you return, which is a clear and courteous way to communicate your need.
