Gwopboyzprodigy killzone failed as halo killer in sales but it is much better in graphics and violence. the real playstation "halo" is God of War it has been on ps2 ps3 psp and now coming to ps4 and sales are huge. uncharted is also an option but that came later than halo and god of war. to be honest most gamers consider resistence to be Sony's gears of war

I never had problems with that mission, because it was part of the narrative. It gave you a much better understanding of how ruthless Makarov is, then just hearing about the massacre in the ingame news, or something. You experienced it. And your character pays for him voluntary or involuntary taking part anyway.

I started playing Mortal Kombat when I was 6 years old. I've never wanted to cause someone harm. Parents are quick to blame movies and games but in the end, it all comes down to the parent, what they teach their children. Parents these days just want the kids but none of the responsibility.

I'm suprised Six Days in Fallujah didn't make the list. It had huge controversies between the military, news outlets, developers, and the gaming community. The game was based on a true story where it pits a handful of soldiers against an insurgent fortress. It's similar to the movie Blackhawk Down. There were some family members of the deceased who were strongly against it because it would always remind them and there were other families who wanted the game to be released because they wanted others to know how heroic their son was.

How can E.T. from Atari not be on this list!? Its release nearly destroyed the home video game consoles industry.

Mass Effect 3 is actually my favourite game of the whole series. Hell, it's even one of my most favourite games of all time.

African Kid I loved it

The Resistance franchise was sooo good. Best memories with this series, i loved every game and the resistance lore

if violent video games were banned I would legit be depressed every day because there's very few games that aren't violent that entertain me, but they aren't near as violent as any of these

That 1 level of MW2 would predict the downfall of the entire CoD franchise and Infinity Ward.

Man no Russian is a dope mission. People are just sensitive all the way.

Resistance should have been released on PC and give us big co-op like in the second game but on all games campaigns. It would be totally awesome fighting on super human difficulty with 8 mates

No Russian is a mission where you have the choice. Murderous hearted players will join in, decent, moral players will not. When it was introduced as a mission, it was secretly a social experiment for the gaming world.

My favorite is the airport shooting one lol, I kept playing it over n over😂😂😊

I personally liked call of duty ghosts. Extinction was a blast, multiplayer was fine, and i really liked the campaign.

Man the Resistance Franchise was phenomenal

No, Hatred was NOTHING like Postal 2! Postal 2 had a plot, and most of the violence was justified, primarily self defense.

there will always be not enough resources for "always online" at launch. the initial hit when the game goes live is always huge, and rather than hiring many servers just for the first week, its cheaper to just cope with it.

Resistance is my most favorite game

DOOM and Counter Strike should have been on the list, both have been accused of being a direct cause of mass shootings, most notably in the case of Columbine Shooter Eric Harris who was obsessed with DOOM.

Gabe didn't pull the game, a greenlight mod did. Gabe did personally get it reinstated with the apology tho.

Btw diablo 3 does actually have an ending in the reaper of souls expansion so it's not actually the final one because it could open up a new game where the nephelem is the villain so,it's not technically the EPIC CONCLUSION,though it certantly is EPIC,it's not the conclusion to the ENTIRE series because of the fact that when the soulstone was destroyed diablo was released,so it isn't the end

dude where's Night Trap?! gotta include that one. one of my all time favorites and one of the most controversial games of all time. undercover agent trying to save the lives of half naked coeds using security cameras and booby traps. life doesn't get much better than Night Trap!
