Red cards are rarer overall at international tournaments, for two reasons. The rivalries are somewhat less intense than, say, club derbies because they don't occur as often. Second, refs are more hesitant, I feel, to give cards at major tournaments because the stakes are higher for them too; they're afraid to mess up a call and sending someone off can be viewed as more unfair than not. But I'm sure Ramos at some point in his time with Spain more than deserved a red but didn't get it for "reasons".

Im gonna admit im exactly this kind of player. I even like doing press ups on my knuckles and elbows to keep them in peak condition. I love leaving an elbow just poking out in a 50-50 so i jab an opposing player in the ribs in a way where it cant be noticed easily.
