You can slow the video speed down using the video settings in the toolbar on the bottom right of the video. It's the gear looking icon.

I see a lot of people talking about the speed of the video. If you click on the gear icon on the bottom right of the video - you can slow the speed.

Please use multiple colors chords when presenting complex patterns. That would make it easier to track what is being done…. Just saying.
