Paulo Coelho books are also easy to read, I have read his The alchemist, Adultery and Brida. Though I hesitated to read English books and doubted myself whether I can complete reading a English book or not, I picked Paulo Coelho. I found his language is really simple to read and the stories also very good

I have read the book. It was an amazing journey. Such amazing twists. Story has two timelines as the OP mentioned, one present and one past(300BC). How the actions of past affects the present which has some 2000 years difference. Such an amazing book give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Yup just as you mentioned conspiracy unknown was such an awesome book. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole book.

It was our literature summer home task to read this novel. In Russian of course. I believe it's much easier to read this book in English because translators not only translated the book, but also made it easier. I've only read 2 volumes, it's unreadable (wonder if this word even exists) in original, so hope you guys enjoyed reading it in English

When I have read this book I was crying so badly at the end it is so close to my heart... It makes me feel that how blessed we are having a good life compare to the people of Afghanistan how much they have suffer... One should read this book before they die ❤⚡
