I've watched his content for probably 8+ years. He is fr the childhood legend many of us love.

That Black Panther scene is actually foreshadowing for "LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham". Same as the end credits for that game, which foreshadows the LEGO Avengers game.

@@mantisslayurfavsyou didn’t get it, didn’t you The Black Panther scene references a future title which would be LEGO Batman 3 And in LEGO Batman 3, one of the end scenes reference the pose seen in one of the Avengers cartoons, which in turn reference the future title which would be LEGO Marvel’s Avengers I don’t recall if LEGO Avengers did anything to reference the next coming titles though, as I know it ended with Stan Lee lifting Mjolnir

The Wizard of Oz reference said by Sandman could be a reference to Sam Raimi as he direct Oz The Great and Powerful a few years after directing Spider-Man 3 in which Sandman played a major role in.

Good to know folks like you still keep this awesome game alive! As with this being my favourite Lego game, second only to Lego Star Wars TCS and of course Lego Batman in 3rd place! And yeah I used to always use Wolverine just to use that ability. Also levels 1-5 are especially impactful to me personally :D

What I also noticed is that regular big fig characters are unharmed by fire however, if you walk into fire as big fig venom he'll take damage

pretty sure Sabretooth also had the healing factor detail also it was clearly a phone booth, not a police box, so it was really more of a Bill and Ted reference

What about the Marvel reference (all the characters in shadow) at the end of Lego Batman 3? It at first looks like the Avengers, including Spider-man, but then it it revealed they are DC characters. I don’t think the one you mention at the end of this video and the one in Lego Batman 3 are references or implications of a possible crossover, but one game referring to the next one that would come out - like Lego Jurassic Park referring to Lego Dimensions (the portal they find at the end) - several of their games give a glimpse to the next upcoming game.

I actually do remember most of these easter eggs, I found most of them on my own as a kid because it was my only pass time really, but I haven't played Lego Marvel superheroes in ages. Just had to see the easter eggs again.

I remember when I played the game for the first time as a kid and seeing Black Panther and yelling "BATMAN." Then like a year later i replayed it and realized. Flash forward to now and Black Panther's my favorite superhero. How God's world works...

The one thing that will forever stay in my mind about this game is when you see 99.99%

My favorite memory of this was when I was doing that snakes on the Helicarrier mission and when he said it my dad in the other room chuckled, I asked him what was funny and he said "I'll tell ya when your older son."

It makes sense that BigFig Venom wouldn't have the same interaction with flame on Johnny, not for a story reason, but a design one, given that, of course, Big Fig venom was a late addition to the game, based of fan comments that, outside if Spider Man 3 Venom is meant to be a big hulking monster. We do see that the Big Fig version is basically a Reskinned hulk, since beyond Kingpin's gun and Hulkbuster big figs didn't have the same level of powers as the later games gave them, such as Lego Marvel 2's version of Big Fig Venom being able to web swing, something this version didn't. They likely didn't have time to implement the animations as well.

The thing about Spider-Man having to grab a dozen eggs for his aunt must be an Amazing Spider-Man reference. Also I dont think he mentioned it but if Human Torch/Johnny Storm is in normal form and comes in contact with fire from another character or hazard he actually ignites immediately. Love captains custom parachute too and how when he does his back flip he almost seems to do it in a way that uses the shield as protection still with the way he holds it. This was probably one of the truest AAA feeling Lego games I can remember and I hope to see another on its level soon. There's been some good/great ones but none that felt as passionately put together in my opinion. So well written and it managed to blend the films with the comics so cleanly that my mind was blown away when I first tried it on the display at Walmart back when it came out. I'd pay for a remastered Lego marvel collection with the rest of the current mcu or at least up to endgame. Whether it has marvel superheroes 1 or 2 isn't a deal breaker although I wish it would. Just Lego Avengers onward would make me happy enough. Man I really hope it's true about another Lego marvel game possibly

A easter egg that you missed is when you first skydive off the helicarrier and activate the parachute you you get the achievement falling with style which is a reference to Toy Story.

The statue of liberty EXACTLY from Superheroes is in Lego Dimensions. And the reference at 6:36 is hilarious

A cool multiplayer glitch lets you become a vehicle. First go to a vehicle call in point and then hover over vehicle but don't select it yet, have the other player select the same call in point in the map then go into the vehicle section the have the other play teleport to it and then select the vehicle you want to be and your icon will be the vehicle. You can ride cars as a car and you can jump. The two main vehicles I like are the sky bike cuz it's fast and the firetruck since you can use water. What's even better about the glitch is the fact that if you become a firetruck and switch to a different character, if you hold the square button on the Playstation or the equivalent of that on something else, then you will shoot water with no animation, even big figs can shoot water. The water still puts out fire so if a character has no abilities such as damage control, they now shoot water.

Can you do one on lego dimensions? I found one during. If you have wicked witch along with aquaman on the pad she says something along the lines of her not wanting to get wet. And if you spray her with water she melts without having to deplete her health like the other characters. It can work with any character who can spray water. As for the elemental keystone I'm not sure. I haven't tried to spray her with water when someone is on the water panel but I imagine she would melt from that too

i swear revisiting it it somehow got better over the years and my hyp was astronomival back in the day. its clear the love that was putt inti this one. im not gonna say the less popular ones like lego the hobbit or indiana jones2 lego movie 2 didnt have that but i will say sometimes they felt rushed but with this it felt like the algomation of fandom love game design from thier previous titles and oringinality from the writers. all the elements just clicked and we benifit from it.

Ok so I've just finished replying marvel superheroes, and there's actually more detail with the human torch melting ice, if you arnt in a level and try to melt ice this way, once it starts melting and water forms on the ground, you get turned back into johnny coz your in water, pretty good detail

Lmsh was and still Is 110 out of 10 game I grew up In 2011 and this game was 1 of my childhood me and my brother would always play And it was so fun and I every single year of that list installed on my PlayStation and play it once more just because it was an amazing game that made it My childhood
