dragonball xenoverse called it evil eyes. the actual term for it is Kiaigan. so, no, goku isnt evil... nor does he have "evil eyes".

Or how about frieza when he killed KRILLIN and he died? Goku didn't kill frieza in fact goku let frieza transform full power to have a good fight while a planet was going to explode with innocent animals inside it which he also robbed thier energy/ life force with the genki dama/spirit bomb like boi what do you mean?!?

As iffy of a game as Xenoverse 2 is in some aspects. The dedication to the moves is insane. I've spent well over 100 hours playing the game with my main character and have NEVER heard of or seen the "evil eyes" attack. Mad respect to naming a move that didn't even need a name.
