    I put a strip of tape around my bag at eye level and at hip crest level so I could keep track of where I'm striking.

    1. Usa defensas y esquives 2. Muévete alrededor del saco, sal de zona de ataque y contragolpea 3. Pega alto, como peleando contra personas de tu altura o más 4. Usa los movimientos del saco para tu timming, etc. 5. Golpea directo, no envíes telegramas» 6. Manten distancia y balance, no te sobre extiendas o pierdas balance 7. Golpe o patada que sale es golpe o patada que regresa, patada 8. Usa fintas, engaños, trucos 9. Relajate y explota, pasa de defensa a ataque y viceversa. Respira correctamemte 10. Pon intención, enfoque de entrenamiento
