I put a strip of tape around my bag at eye level and at hip crest level so I could keep track of where I'm striking.

Thank you for all awesome tips man! 🔥 Here's a tip for you to up your video quality. You should lock the focus on the camera to manual on the bag instead of having the auto focus going back and forth on you and the background! Again thank you for all the amazing content man, it helps alot! 👊🔥

Not in every strike but it definitely helps to add it as part of your defense!

1. Usa defensas y esquives 2. Muévete alrededor del saco, sal de zona de ataque y contragolpea 3. Pega alto, como peleando contra personas de tu altura o más 4. @@seanfagan I wish I could agree but my only heavy bag is from Century so it sucks lol. Saving up for a combat corner bag because I’m an ambassador.

I have seen people strike with their wrist as a result of missing and not landing a punch and break their wrist, also remember poker face

I see all of em in the gym, but mainly #10. People just gassing out in 5min 😂
