11:53 Steven was quite uncomfortable with Quinta calling other place trash, if the food is good, it's def not trash even if it's not authentic philly cheesesteak.

Imagine being a local of buffalo and being given a piece of pork drenched in buffalo sauce by a restaurant with them calling it buffalo wings. Its not that different. Its a good sandwich sure. But why include it in a worthit cheesesteak episode when its obviously not a cheesesteak? I love vegetarian options, but vegetarian options try too hard on trying to present meals as meat substitutes instead of trying to sell them as what they are-- a really good cheese mushroom sandwich.

I live in a small town in South Carolina. These folks moved here from Philly and opened a cheesesteak place called Inky's that has Flyers, Eagles, Phillies stuff all over the walls. They serve OG cheesesteaks, peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon, chicken phillies, french dippers, loaded tots, and imma tell you something: that place is right up there with our Southern soul food restaurants. This born and raised South Carolinian LOVES a good Philly.
