Long ago before blading was a thing, Funk threw stiff punches to make his opponent bleed.
I think the stiff elbows from Lesnar were agreed upon both parties. The Cena one is a pretty good example; Cena's known for taking brutal real shots with matches that have no DQ. Two of his "I quit" matches, the dude took real kendo stick shots and belt shots. They just did this to make Lesnar look super strong.

@@AlpKagan55 Yes it is. You're looking for either "pre-determined" or "scripted." And no, scripting something doesn't make it fake. If it was fake there would be no injuries ever and at the end of every show, we'd have a techno dance party followed by a group orgy. But since those things don't happen, it's real. You may be asking, what sense does it make that wrestling should have orgies? It doesn't make sense, just like your comment. @@tiffanythornton3010 Where did you hear that? Edge hurt himself when he tried to spear Brodus Clay who didn't fall backwards fast enough. I even remember watching him do the spear, it looked like he ran into a fucking wall and he was holding the back of his neck immediately after. And also sting even admitted it wasn't Seth's fault because his body was stiff. Balor separated his shoulder because he didn't place his arm correctly. And why is Bret Hart saying this? He's never wrestled the man to speak confidently about that. Bottom line dude is that Seth gets called unsafe a lot when if you actually pay attention lots of the injuries are because of the other person not doing a spot right.

Dude chill accidents happen a lot in WWE, Seth Rollins is still one of the best in-ring performers of his time today and has gained a lot of respect from legends like Triple H, Cody Rhodes, John Cena, Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton. You're right he might have been unsafe in the past but it seems he's much more cautious in the ring now. Look at his matches in the past few years and you'll notice how better he gets by time.
@jacksonstubbs2999
2 жыл бұрын
Dude get over it. He's not unsafe. The move he used is not really that safe and the other wrestler has to do their part in landing the correct way. Balor left his arm out instead of bring it in therefore his shoulder hit the barricade and it got separated. Sting doesn't blame Seth for getting hurt because he said his body was too stiff for the landing(also a man shouldn't be wrestling in his late 50s or early 60s, idc how good they feel), and Cena was a freak accident.
@Ahmad-mh5fh
2 жыл бұрын
@@jacksonstubbs2999 It's crazy that somehow you believe that he's not at fault whatsoever for all the injuries he's caused. Did you forget with Edge in 2014 as well? @pigbenis5295

Well I mean he is a good wrestler. But yes I agree with you at some point he is unsafe
I wish that there was a continuation to the backstage on these. Like IIRC Seth Rollins is known to be really safe, but you just get adrenaline build up occasionally. I was watching some videos where they interviewed wrestlers who took real shots and they would tell the stiff guy "you need to calm down". Shinsuke vs Cena was a big one for me. Shinsuke was SUPER apologetic to Cena. John Cena waved it off, but the WWE was not happy.

@@Necroverse19 He got the shot because he was already popular in wwe. So giving him title was a big money draw.
2:54 Brock switched from Wrestling Mode to MMA Mode in a blink of an eye. Terrifying dude.
Good video
Brock lesnar makes WWE So real tho...
Sometimes I wonder if Brock Lesnar legitimately punches his opponents. I remember how bad he busted open Randy Orton at SummerSlam 2016.

Yeah but I think they had planned to do that. Just ended up being a lot worse cause Randy I think was concussed by it

It shows you how genuinely tough some of these “performers” are. Vader is getting pummeled by a UFC champ who knows as much about ring craft as I do about pottery. He just slugs him in the face and almost knocks him out cold as a reminder to cool it with the hard hits.
Surprised that I haven't subscribed to wrestlelamia
*Rollins, Lesnar and Sheamus* are *unsafe workers* if they legitimately hurt others(mistakenly or not doesn't matter), when they are actually *“Pro-wrestlers”*

Lesnar is safe as heck, the stiff match he went because under WWE special authority to give more legitimate main event, some match Lesnar does not doing anything rather just throwing people

lol braun strowman and orton deserved it.
Brock gave a liver punch to strowman 😂😂😂 and a brutal right hand love Brock ❤️
Damn you gotta wonder how hard vader punches that he almost sent that guy flying
Asuka was gone for 2 weeks but then returned for Wrestlemania but damn that kick to the face.
Nia Jax broke Becky Lynch’s face in 2018 NOT 2016
Yeah, if I was a Top Card WWE talent, one of the proposed stipulations in my contract would be to never work with Lesnar... ever! As a WWE fan, I don't even want to meet the dude in person at a Con or wherever 😅
Yoooooo Vader knocked boi tf out 😂😂😂
Jericho was like , officer I drop kicked that chiled in self defense 😀
Brock lesnar is the most dominating player of wwe
Imagine prime Ken Shamrock vs Brock Lesnar even on UFC
What ‘‘twas the back elbow during the intro!? That sounded brutal!
When you announced Shamrock VS Vader I winced, thats an infamous one.
I’m sure you’ve done slight variations of this list at least a half dozen times. Get some new ideas 🥱 what culture doesn’t seem to have trouble thinking them up
That Nia Jax punch on Becky Lynch… Too bad it didn’t completely destroy her nose.
Very brutal situation
