It still beats the competition! None of these are needed and while Blender devs do all their work for free, it doesn't mean that plug-in authors are going to, or should be expected to. I'm all for free and cheap but there are many times that I spent beyond cheap and was happy to do so. Time is money, so WoW goblin once told me.

Some good stuff for vfx is the flip fluids addon which is for really good water sims

I have a list of over 100 addons to check out I bet and i can’t even do my main goal of animating yet but that’s about to change! All the addons here are all ready included lol but nice to see how they work a little more :) might be a tall order to keep organized and use only several at a time but I like being organized with everything I do

Always posting banger and helpful after banger and helpful. Love it. However I got a question, I’m a newbie to blender who somewhat has a grasp on modelling and I’m beginning to do animation today. The question is, If I were to download Addons like the clay addon or the RBD lab would my computer crash or not? Would I need a gaming PC with cool flashing, changing lights and tons of storage OR…just use a window’s 10 computer (which is what I’m using rn). I asked my dad whether the computer I’m using can run high quality, realistic things in blender and he said yes as long as I don’t have too many windows open or something. Oh yeah and also Happy Early Birthday! :D

Nice video man but I would suggest a disclaimer that all of these addons cost some money. As a broke artist, it hurts to not be able to obtain them. Perhaps a video highlighting free ones more?

Addons are nice to save time and let you work faster, But I have to say that - no Addon will make you an artist, so addons should be used by people who knows what they are doing, and they could live without one - And this is my opinion :D

Great video. I have the utmost respect for those in 3d I think of as "Node Jockeys" The more nodes they can get in the happier they are. To me, there's way to much dicking around for hours on end with nodes, sliders, values just to achieve "Dark blue". Nathan Ducks material packs are great, drag & drop, job done ! No dicking around, just doing what we all want to do "Create" Happy birthday 👍🏼🦘🐨🎂
