My favorite is Cap's stealth suit from Captain America: the winter soldier. Bucky's winter soldier one is my second favorite and black widow's age of ultron one is on third in my list.

Believe it or not but Andrew garfields spiderman is the best one so faar It shows the charecter development really very well Like how Peter was careless regarding his responsibilities in the 1st movie and how he gained experience through different incidents and the we get an experienced spiderman in th 2nd part.........and man the action sequences of the amazing Spider-Man 2 are the best in comparison to other solo superhero movies
