We were stationed in Berlin 90-94.. husband spent first Army tour in Munich. So lucky to have experienced being there 6 moths after wall came down and the unification in Oct 93. We would still be there if the Russians hadn’t gone belly-up😋

I'm from Brazil and I had the honor of studying 04 years in the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg - Doctor's Degree in Law Sciences (Mostly Law's Philosophy and German Law). I was so excited about the academic environment and the opportunity to met people all around the world at the University. There, I shared many experiences with my fellow colleagues and it turned very important to me as a Law teacher in my own country. Indeed, Germany has great Universities, amazing culture, and very good quality of life. To study, visit, or live, Germany is always a good choice.

We've the same problem. I've planned my summer vacation in sweden but Corona just said nope :/ It would've been my 2nd time in Sweden. The people are so friendly and it's a wonderful country. And the food is delicious. 🇸🇪🇩🇪

Germany is beautiful I visit every year on summer . I have a lots friend . I just need to see 2 more places not visited yet . Berlin and Munich . The other city or country I did ! I love Germany and I have plan to move . My special place is Viersen where I stay all time ..it’s beautiful town and small village with plenty beautiful flower 🌸 ... people so friendly ! The language oooh so hard 🥴but I learning it !

Eine sehr schöne Auswahl an Reisezielen - auch für Einheimische. Zu empfehlen ist natürlich noch die zweitgrößte deutsche Stadt Hamburg aber auch für Wanderfreunde gibt es bei uns einiges zu endecken z. B. den Schwarzwald, Thüringer Wald, die Eifel, die Sächsische Schweiz oder das Wattenmeer in Nord- und Ostfriesland oder der Bodensee.

just a little tip for everyone who is planning to visit germany. Hamburg should at least be the second or the first one. Nightlife is amazing, so many cultures, you got the extremely beautiful harbour, the speicherstadt and much more. For many germans, berlin is nr. 1, for many hamburg. but not munnich ;) so GO TO HAMBURG
I think : Hamburg is much better than Cologne. I visited both of them and live 2 weeks in Hamburg for a language school. My favorite city to live in Germany is actually Hamburg😂.Maybe 2 3 day trip is not enough to understand the life in Hamburg, but i got one of the best and peaceful days in my life when i stayed in Hamburg ❤ at least 6 of the places on the list ,i visited in Germany ... natürlich , Ich liebe überall 😍🇩🇪 ich komme im winter urlaub nach deutschland , um rothenburg, nürnberg frankfurt und berlin noch mal zu besuchen 😍

For the masses. Should have said Celle, Goslar, Weimar, Erfurt. They are all nicer than Köln. It's also called Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Otherwise people end up in Rotenburg an der Wümme.

I would go to Potsdam, I‘am from Germany and I can tell you that it’s really pretty, also Potsdam is near to Berlin so you can go by urban train

We are on our first trip since corona and have felt very safe in Germany! Everyone in masks indoors and vaccine information and contact information collected everywhere. Absolutely beautiful country side in Lower Saxony area where we are staying. This video shows that there is so much more of the Country we need to come back and see!
