I still think the last episode could have been better, but apart from that the series was a 10/10

@@SiedlerFanV Last episode is perfect to reconcile conflicts in the plot. He lied to her for 14 years and the price he had to pay was losing his memories of their time together. But at the same time it's a second chance to start over without any lies. I really liked how they didn't make it clear if he recovered all his memories or it was just his subconscious muscle memory.

So true you have good taste 😊
I am really surprised Uncontrollably Fond isn't included here; that has to be the archetype of melodrama! Some of these I wouldn't have classed in this category. Loved Scarlett Heart Ryeo, and Flower of Evil, in particular.
One 2011/2012 melodrama which really sticks to it's genre is Love Rain. Anyone reading this comment, I recommend you all to watch this drama. It's a romantic melodrama for sure and is greattttttttttt. One of the biggest hits of that time

I watched it last year and absolutely loved it. Will watch it again with my bestie sometime soon. Another one of Geun Suk's I loved is You're Beautiful.
These are wonderful dramas. I have seen all but 1, 3, and 4. Three out of the top four - I'd better get busy! Actually they're all on my list, but it's difficult to keep up with all the great new series while trying to also experience all the great old classics. I am managing it, 400 kdramas in 4 years, but there are just so many! I think my faves on this list are Go Back Couple, Moon Lovers and Flower Of Evil since I've watched them all more than once. Mr. Sunshine is an absolute masterpiece and I watched many of those episodes twice as well.
Best of best 1. Queen of tears 2. Flower of evil 3. Moon lovers scarlet heart reo
Queen of tears characters are well written
