this is chemist and what scope of chemist in pharma??

I have looked up some industrial job descriptions such as (MSL), which require 2-3 years of clinical/research experience. I wonder is it normal to transit from retail or hospital to industry after graduation?

I wouldn’t say normal, but it’s doable, yes. Clinical expertise can help in some specific roles within industry, and MSL is one of those roles.
