Volunteering is providing a service willingly and without pay. For example, you can volunteer for a charitable organization or you can volunteer as a soccer coach at your child’s school. When you think of volunteering you probably think about giving back to the community and it’s a good deed to be done. But today we it’s just not about giving back, it’s much more than that. Today's video talks about 10 reasons to volunteer and how these experiences have helped me grow personally, emotionally and professionally.
Volunteering is good for your mind and body. Volunteering helps counteract the effects of stress, anger, and anxiety. Volunteering combats depression. Volunteering makes you happy. I spend my free time to do volunteering. I use my selfless act to share my selfless work and find the best volunteer opportunities. As per my suggestion, this is the best platform.

Lovely video, I learned A lot. In my faith we call it an act of corporal works of mercy. I want to volunteer in a setting where I can help women learn financial discipline

@@amalsfrancis1485 Thanks for sharing! That is a good cause. I know sine organizations which focus on financial literacy for youth but not for women specifically yet.
Awesome one,learn a lot. Volunteering give you access to people you may not ordinarily be able to reach

Most of the people love deploying their free time in the best way. volunteering is important for our health and career also. As per my point of view, volunteering is the best way to communicate with people, share your knowledge and experience with them. I use my selfless act to find volunteering opportunities. It's the best platform to share your selfless work.

Hehe I'm working on it. Still make grammar mistakes here and there so will fix it in the subtitles lol
'm volunteering at a church pantry and the workers spirit is very negative, do I still go back to help with this group?

Personally I think if the atmosphere is negative and impacts you mentally, I would choose to volunteer somewhere else instead. There are still many other places that need our help.
