Nah you can use merging echoes from lvl15 data bank. It will help you skip lvl 16 or 17 to have more chance to get gold echoes

Nha realistically you should use merger early cause you can grind to get thought ecos back it ain't a hard work

I am NOT waiting until union level 40 to data merge (it’s required for data bank 19)

The tip about the data merge is alright but I got every Echo save the bosses to 5* in one day. It's not difficult if you use the monster location tool.

Honestly using the satamerge version early just to raise your level is worth it if you dont have much time. Yeah you lose out on alot of potentially powerful echos but you also get the ability to grind out those powerful echos earlier.
