HI Lia when I was a student my mother showed me how to make crepe flowers. We used to make wreaths for funerals flowers were expensive here in Cyprus. Unfortunately I haven't any fotos. After some years flowers became cheaper and we stoped making them. You are very talented.your film reminded me those days!!! Thank you. Excelent job! Greetings from Cyprus.

I collect all things old & Dennison! I thought they were gone. I often tell their tragic demise to fellow crafters! Poor farmington! I have all the books you have shown, plus ones for shop windows,0 bridal showers, parties & soirees, parade floats & cars! Most from 1918-1940s!

I came to find out how a paper that was soooo.common became so rare...i suspect govt regulations out the kazoo... I use to buy this at tg&y in 60s for next to nothing...now u dont see it at all....anyplace.....except internet...so.sad...u would think walmart would carry it...i remember making costumes out of it in the 50s...and making the worlds BEST birthday hats and christmas stuff EVER..and Easter...it isnt Easter with out it .best ever easter basket.decorations.....such great memories with just paper...rainy day fun with kids...and when they were so anxious for a holiday they were bursting at the seams..such fun fun memories Funny fact...during ww2 we made our own crepe paper by twisting it thru things...IT REALLY did t work but we had nothing. But we.never came.close to your flowers...lol ...
