Moves by the increase in drag with increased speed. if you look closely at the LH cylinder, you can see a guage at the top - and see the needle move when the wing moves!

Thank you Dave, I would thus assume you could alter the pressure to control this. PS I live in South Africa and have never seen cars like this. We have normal Sprint cars but not at the same level of competitiveness.
