Another great workout! I do a couple days of strength training along with your walks and on non strength training days I do an hour of your workouts. They are awesome to combine with muscle building. I'd love to see a raggaeton/Spanish music workout! I know moving to the beat can actually help you work harder and burn more 💪

Apple Watch setting: Mixed cardio Active calories: 728 Total calories: 865 Average hr: 156 Approx steps: 10,667 My modifications: Jogged during walking time. Skipped active breaks. 1.5lb ankle weights all the way through 2lb dumbbells during all jogging and most moves I am sweating my butt off!!! I needed this!
I really enjoyed this workout and am proud I made it through the whole thing! My favorite part is the different range of movement. It helps me at 54.
