She had one but the levels were set a bit low unfortunately. it didn't preform as well as id hoped, back to main microphone on other videos 😁

Nice but too many floors inside the property..triplex + I prefer a river view one story apartment I think.

And with a 10 year lease with a £100K pa service charge !

Nah, still that price tag is a literal madness when you take into account all the associated taxes, fees and hidden costs of buying a leasehold property.

I had to use a backup mic for this one and the levels were set a bit too low unfortunately. Back onto the main microphone setup for future videos though and they all sound good, check some of them out 👍

Usualy presenters now wears bikinis , if doesnt ,not big chances of selling for 10mils😊🎉
