It’s a good product and a value for money but I wasn’t satisfied with the service as the company did not respond to any of the issues I faced even after contacting them multiple times. Tata യുടെ എല്ലാ വണ്ടികളും ഇങ്ങനെ അല്ലെ, after sales ഭയങ്കര പ്രശ്നം ആണ്. ഇത്രേം നല്ല കാറുകൾ ഇന്ത്യൻ brandil വേറെ ഇല്ല, പക്ഷെ support വലിയ പ്രശ്നം അല്ലെ. Tata brandil വരുന്ന മറ്റു മിക്ക സാധനങ്ങളിലും ഇത് കാണാം

കേരളത്തിൽ... തന്നെ നിർമിച്ചു നൽകുന്ന കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങിയാൽ വളരെ നന്ന്.... മിഥുൻ എന്ന... ഒരു ബ്രോ... നിർമിച്ചു നൽകുന്നു...

Do purchase from Authorized dealer, so only get replacement and service . Don't buy cycle from any online platform because they only do sales for one time there after no service no support will get from them. If your cycle have warranty only Authorized dealer only can provide warranty also. You are lucky that your battery still good. If any thing happened for battery who replace battery? Think twice before buying these things from online.

Generally TATA is a good company. But when come to regular maintenance setvice, they are extremely poor. They have to give focus on customer service and after sales service.

Battery is detachable?

I bought GHM e cycle. Could use it only for 3 days with its charge. Afterwards could not charge it. Company sent spare charger saying its charger issue, then sent new battery pack which again did not work. Still waiting for the company to resolve issue.
