The stance on this Q50 is nothing short of inspiring…

I got the 2016 3.0 Twin Turbo variant and love it. The key is not to drive it way too hard and it will last.

Have a Q70S V8 as a daily and it's the best car for a daily and even to travel all the seats are super comfortable and amazing on gas for being a V8 no regrets

I own a 2015 Q50 20t and I think its a good car...To many ppl criticize this car negatively...I will take this anytime over a BMW 320 of the same year

We get 20-27k for 25k miles Q50 (2017+) here in Europe. That's the best deal in this class with great amount of under the hood. Сan't wait to buy a one!

3.7L engine is more reliable then most sports car but if you would to get one upgrade the transmission to the 3.0 upgraded trans then the stock one or manual swap it from the g or z or any other transmission that's reliable then the original valve body that comes with it.

As well you might have a open r most likely intermittent open in the head unit's electrical system in your radio since it turn on a few second them turns off but check the head unit system for loose or not connected connecter's first.

3.0t here. Tuned and soon getting upgraded turbos and no major issues. I care about being fast so 3.7 wasn’t an option even tho they sound better

@@pasqualgzzz1786like any used car, it really depends on how the last owner treated it. Sure the 3.0t is “less reliable” but any car is reliable if you keep up with maintenance. Being a 3.0t it’ll have a bit more of a maintenance process than a 3.7 considering the turbos. It all really depends if you want to go performance or not. I have a 3.7 and have beaten on it for 2 years straight with no issues at all.

I have a 3.0 and I can tell you right now the 3.7 is way more reliable, those engines can take a ticking beating. So if your looking for power and tuning capabilities go with the 3.0 and if your looking for reliability and some power and fun then go with the 3.7 bc you can still tune them an get decent power and have fun with more reliability then a 3.0 bc the stock turbos aren’t all that good just my opinion since I have a 3.0 and use to have a g37

@@562sela9Man I wish they had a btr transmission in the q50s cuz i would give up my G37 for one in a heartbeat after AMS releases their turbos for the vr30 and they prove to be reliable for daily driving. Not looking for crazy power either, literally just want more reliable turbos 😂 The turbos and transmission are the only two things holding me back from getting a Q.

Never flush a transmision with alot of miles on it, you can dislodge debris and eventually get slipping. Do a drain and fill by a certified shop(infiniti) because the exact fluid exiting has to be replaced so you want someone with knowledge to do it. Drain and fill only changes a small % of the old fluid with new so you need to do a few. @@lilbot3807

It's from the test pipes removes catalytic converter thus causing the o2 sensors to not read properly is all.

All you gotta do is pull a fuse to make the awd go into rwd only. They sell a switched fuse you can use to turn it on and off.

Not too bad, here in Cali with 91 octane being $5.29 per gallon the fill up is about $80-$90 and it’ll last you about a week or a little more depending on how much you drive

The mileage is really good on eco mode, when you don’t step on the gas. It’s like 24mpg in the city, and 40mpg on the highway. But dam it’s hard to not step on the gas 😅

@@Bluexinferno I've seen red sports and non red sports 3.0s with blown turbos and blown motors with less than 60k miles on both in my area on the other hand the bmw b58 is one of the most reliable engines bmw has ever offered it's the same engine in the new supra. I have both so I speak from experience too I'm not just assuming like all these other people will tell you 😆 2017 infiniti 3.0 and 2019 bmw 540i xdrive

@@jaayz3379 Q50's look better stock, but with mods I think they are even. The tech, nothing I felt like I was missing. I worked at Infiniti in the Q50 era and there is nothing great about the tech over the G IMO. My 2007 G even had intelligent cruise control.
