Wish app accepts credit card or PayPal payments. I used PayPal all the time on the wish app, but shipping can take foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrr

You can only buy from wish using card or PayPal you can not use cash

There's this option on wish called wish cash I'm not sure it works in other countries outside the U.S. but you can go to a C.V.S., 7-11, Family Dollar, two other stores I don't regonize then you exchange actual cash for it within the store to give you currency within the app which you can now use to buy what you want
