7:38 is a bit wrong. Cadena's Scimitar is only a teleport if used in the air. If used on the ground it's a dash instead. Conveniently, Cadena's Summon Daggers puts you in the air during the active frames, so you can do daggers > thrash > scimitar to cancel from daggers into scimitar for it to be a teleport instead of a dash. alternatively, you can do scimitar after shotgun, bombs, or simply a jump.

For the next vid here's a really useful tip for DA: teach people how to fast glide. This is incredibly important for mobbing as most of your 200+ mobbing comes from frenzy and gliding around. Knowing how to fast glide will increase your overall mobbing significantly. To fast glide you flash jump and then glide without inputting any other commands after. The inputs would be as follows; Jump -> right -> right -> jump(hold) Demon's glide has a base speed but also scales off of your forward momentum. Flash jump makes your forward momentum significantly higher than your base glide speed, therefor making you glide faster (so long as you don't input a movement command as this will reset your glide speed back to the default value). And yes this works on Slayer too however it's not as useful for mobbing because you actually need to attack mid jump.

I think I'm dumb but how can you flash jump and glide at the same time? The toggle allows you to either flash jump or glide but not both.

@@yonejc no that's a very valid question. You simply don't toggle the flash jump. (You could always flash jump on demons before by inputting jump+left+left or right+right) Also this is incredibly important for mid-end game bossing. As you can up jump into a glide to stay in the air much longer

Since hayato had no info I'll give some here since I'm one with the blade Shinsoku (hurricane skill) cancels your up jump ability. And allows you to use double jump and other skills when normally you're animation locked during the up jump. (CRUCIAL for bossing and exp rates.) Rai blade flash(boss stance only) cancels donkusen (the forward dash skill) and you can use it to cross maps basically instantly. Does not work with attack maco you must maco Rai blade flash to cancel. Sudden strikes cancels summer rain and bossing version. Press sudden then summer quickly. Instant slice cancels anything but it's best used during falcons honor so u aren't locked. Enjoy the most op class (:

For buccs: Put your dash on ctrl! This way you can press right alt or 'alt gr' (depending on your keyboard) to always superjump/dash :)

Kaiser: Be careful about using Nova guardians on bosses with reward map when they're almost dead. The summons will attack the reward chest/crystal before you get a chance to change into your loot gear

For Phantom steal Bucc's time leap to keep the echo skill that gives 4% attack/ M.attk up all the time, the extra damage helps.

Cannon Master actually lasts absurdly long and for the entire initial animation, beginning to end. You can also hold it there for about 1.25 seconds for the max invulnerability time.

Aran: if you dash from the border of a plataform you go way further than normal - this helps a lot on grinding on big maps and doing spirit savior. Also, the Aeroswing (up + atack command) for aran can be done twice if you start from the ground, so you can go higher if you don't jump and only use the command. One last tip: you can cancel the animation for Maha's fury if you use a command-based atack right after, I personally recommend using Gathering (up + up + atack) hook because it have a really quick animation - this saves a lot because you won't be too much time stucked on animations.

Aran can also abuse this fast dash off platforms by pressing the dash key RIGHT after jumping down off a platform. Also Aran can use the the left and right directional version of judgment draw to teleport through Lotus laser. Another little known fact about Aran's judgment draw is that it will snap to edges of platforms and the flat part of a platform itself if you are very slightly under it. If final toss doesn't get you enough height to get onto a platform but you're JUST right there, you can use the key command judgment draw to snap to the platform.

You can also Combo hook (up+up attack) to bring down mobs that are too high to jump to initially. Just gotta do it right or else they will only group up on the same platform rather than being brought down.

Wind archer's dash, if timed right, will negate the damage of chaos crimson queen's burn, which is nice if you are burning while the undead debuff is up. In the same fight, tanking the breath with the 5th job shield or, for magicians, with ethereal form will cleanse the burn while allowing you to survive the hit even alone.

KAIN: Always keep a stack of at least 3 Death Blessings on boss, when in dire situations trigger them with Execute skills (the purple ones) and your Shadow step will be reset. For those who don't know, shadow step animation comes with Dark Sight which is the most op skill to dodge certain boss mechanic. Having it on command is vital for your survivability. MERCEDES: she can debuff. Up to 50% ied, 30% dmg and not just for herself but also for all party members, very important for late game bosses. Untouchable debuff from Lightning edge can help negate certain bosses' attack for an easier life(Damien p2 dash, Magnus dash,...)

Also KAIN: When you have mini burst and there are 7 or more stacks of Death Blessing on boss don't be shy to go for Fatal Blitz before Dragon Burst to save up time executing the blessing and in the end you have 15 extra blessing in the waiting for you to consume on.

KAIN: The first step before using all your burst skills should be using Thanatos descent. Much % extra damage during 30 secs apart from portal arrows. Probably can help many people

KAIN 2: death blessing marks count as debuff, so Thief link skill is a good option to consider

The ark dash (scarlet drive) works with jump for more consist results for louts lasers but good to know it works without it if used right

For Mercedes, I would highly recommend always having 10 stacks of Ignis Roar and keeping track of it. That final damage boost makes all the difference.

For merc, updash>spikes>updash is the highest you can get on sylvidia.

Beast tamer: cannon ability allows you to interact the same way that Zero was explained here, it allows for the exact same free cleanses in Damien

2 tips for Jett: 1. You can also dodge Lotus's lasers with vortex cross, you just either have to be close to the laser or travel diagonally through the middle 2. You can animation cancel turret deployment (3rd job summon) by summoning it as you're about to slide off a ledge

Illium can also teleport during Longinus Zone (), super handy for dodging attacks and getting out of the way of attacks that last a long time(i.e. Lucid dragon)

Tip for ez grinding for all Buccaneers. If you have a keyboard that has adjustable polling rate, adjust the polling to the lowest possible value (usually around 100hz is pretty doable). Trust me, you won't notice any difference in high speed gaming, but it allows much more leniency in doing this next part. If you press both your key for grounded dash and your jump key at the same time, you of course get a super jump. But not everyone knows that if you HOLD both keys and get the timing perfect so that both inputs repeat over and over, you can just hold the buttons and keep jumping. This is also what caused Beast Tamer wavedashing which has since been removed since that was an actual bug, but this is simply windows repeating key inputs. You can test if your keyboard works for this by pressing two keys at once multiple times to see if you can get multiple letters to hold down like this: "sdsdsdsdsdsdsdsdsdsdsdsdsd" if you see dsssssssssssssss then you either missed the timing or your keyboard is incapable of doing this. This is why you lower the polling frequency on the keyboard if you can, because it allows the holding multiple keys down to have a much more forgiving window where it will accept both being held. At 1000hz it is doable but almost impossible to get consistently. Bonus if anyone is wondering, no, QMK compatible keyboards do not work with this WITHOUT modifying your firmware. I was able to do it with the help of a friend, but it is very muddled and requires essentially merging two forks of the QMK firmware on Git. This enables some extra options and changes the way the matrix is scanned and reported back to windows.

kaiser funny movement tip: if you practice a bit on the timing, you can weave final form teleport and piercing blaze (rush attack skill) to go very very fast

For PF, u can use obsidian barrier burst to stand in lotus p2 laser and lucid p2 dragon breath

Paladin - When bossing in parties, if you turn off sacrosanctity right after burst it's cooldown lines up with the cooldown of burst. This allows you and your teammate a clean burst with invincibility. It also makes the Risk Taker ring (which is much cheaper than the Ring of Restraint) a much more viable option. As you won't be taking a hit during burst.

Almost every thunder breaker skill cancels every other thunder breaker skill, and you shouldn't be afraid to put a thunder or a tidal crash or an ascension in your rotation to position better. Also because tidal crash cancels itself with a second press, using a technique like kanna does with sticky keys/filter keys or a high windows repeat rate (and an anti ghosting keyboard that lets you hold qw and get qwqwqwqwqw and not qwwwwww) you can rapidly chain tidal crash and any other skill, i.e. tidal crash and annihilate.

For phantom i would use heal for 2nd job aswell instead of the warrior skill which is kinda useless anyway. Heal is super useful especially in boss fight with potion cooldown

For Pathfinder: Depending on your ping, it might be better to macro Cardinal Burst -> Blank -> Cardinal Deluge for maximum lines Also Nova Blast does 100% more damage if you use with full gauge, so it could be helpful when solo struggling bosses in which you know the effect won't be so necessary. Raven tempest charges up the gauge, which not many people know about

Kaiser: You can use Kaiser's 4th job skill dragon barrage to tele through lotus lasers.

For Kaiser, Dragon Link is broken. It's said that you can't increase the damage out put for wing beat with Dragon Link, but it actually works. Also with Wing Beat Dragon Link combo, you can generate Wing Beat more than the limitation of 2, they deal real damage though.

They were removed from the game in the latest major update.

For Beginner, you can solo Extreme Mano faster than other class. Hope that helps, happy Mapling. I actually didn’t know about the Kaiser one, thanks a bunch💀

I was hoping for anything on Mercedes, not "you can use 5th job skills to burst" For an actual tip: You can use leaf tornado during lightning edge/gust dive to skip the recovery animation

For Ark dash just jump and it changes to be a teleport. Way safer aswell

Was a wild wild hunter main for years and 11:15 blew my mind

When they turned the infinite arrows buffs into passives they made them add the attack of your arrows to their own boost instead of replace them. If you haven’t cared about arrows in ages and didn’t even notice this change you could be missing out on a small boost in attack from buying one titanium arrow

Tip tip for BaM: Teleport spam with caution in boss fights…can be hazardous to your DC health…

The archer normal up jump saved my life

i believe the resistance link skill adds to the darkpact as well i think haven't tested it though

I hope they won't patch the Omega Blaster bit. I feel that Core Overload and that skill can really be out of sync these days, as you can max out to 30+ energy faster than you can charging the blaster, assuming you used both skills consecutively almost immediately... and Omega Blaster can drain your MP faster than Core Overload ticks, it seems.

Royal guard does not animation cancel, you can just overlap RG's animation over other animations.

Copper can you please make a bossing guide? I noticed hard/chaos versions of a lot of bosses have new mechanics and a lot have 1 shot attacks or weird gimmicks. I think it would help a lot of people

For hayato: spam shinsoku in normal form to animation cancel almost every skill. You can do this in the air to stay airborne forever with the sweeping blade skill i believe.

8:32 I haven't tried yet, but this trick might hinder your ability to simul-cast beam dance + blaster. For me personally, charging the blaster and then releasing the skill while at the same time pressing beam dance works like 90% of the times. not sure its as easy to achieve if you just press blaster the way you explain it.

What's the shield you mentioned for Hero?

Bowmaster: Use your Blinkshot to easily dodge Lotus lasers by placing it in the middle. Same for Hellux charm attack. This skill is making those fights easy peasy!

Adele: Your backwards dash can go through the Lotus lasers

Dark knight - 5th job skill Spear toss does A LOT more damage from melee range

Didn’t Adele’s Resonance Rush buff get removed with Ignition?

Hi coppersan! Mouse from the Bowmaster community discord here. Your tip about needing to stand in the Storm of Arrow zones isn't correct. That line in the tooltip is about the *monsters* standing in that zone trigger a higher chance of arrows targetted at them. I've tested this in a controlled environment and the results for magic arrows fired for standing away from and standing on top of Storm for its duration were identical. If you have any questions, feel free to join on our community and fire away =)

@@gnome6969 Adele is a strong class and is pretty cool, but has micro management. Not a high apm, but not a low one either. My suggestion is to just try it since its good to have alts anyway (you will have to make one eventually for legion or links).

As a BW player, another tip is, you dont have to be in your install for the buff. You as the caster get the buff automatically when you casted. I think everyone has to stay inside for the buff though.

Thanks for the tips, can't really think of anything a bucc or hayato mains won't already know, but I'll try: Bucc: if you hold down a direction key while double tapping the other way, you'll do an advanced dash backwards. Hayato: You can use Hitokiri strike diagonal to bring Damien down when he is airborn, and since the first Hitokiri is an if you're fast enough you wont die to the balls.

More for Bucc: # Advanced dash can be stopped with down key. # Time leap works on echo of the hero (4% att increase all the time even when grinding) and Takeno's blessing (which works on bombs from ursus and lucid) # Advanced dash still works mid attack, so you can literally never stop attacking while standing on top of lotus or will and dashing past them slightly when they attack infront of them. # For maximum uptime from lightning form balls - wait between each cast because each new ball restarts the timer. # Pirate's banner animation is a super stance - which mean no lotus push during the cast animation.
