Texas getting Fleck Akana & Halter they now have the best back court in my opinion! Halter plays so serious & nothing hits the floor w Fleck! The only problem I see we now have is the setter problem! For some reason it isn’t clicking! I’m shocked he only has one on his roster! Skinner hits better on the right and they need to run the middles more! She’s not setting the ball high enough on the fast 2 ball she’s making it a one which is causing them to have to tip it more then hit it so it’s not effective! These issues need to be fixed before they start playing tough teams comes tournament play!

we actually have 3 setters on the roster, but saige has the best connection with the pins rn. i agree that we need to run our middles 10x more, i hope saige and the middles are working on out of system sets bc that would be a hugeeeee advantage if we got that going

@@constancebeckham8437 if you watch their preseason games, you can see that they were experimenting with a 6-2 rotation with saige and ewert, but saige overall had a better connection with the pins than ewert did. so even though saige is running a limited offense on almost all out-of-system balls, texas is prioritizing her connection to the pins over ewert. and you can see why if you watch the footage. the third setter is a freshman named marina crownover whom we have never seen in-game before
