At 6:33ish you say, that it was really weird since you didn't order the slimes they sent you. No, it's not? The card Beyoutifulshopbyava wrote clearly says, that she can't log into her old shop, because she lost the password. So of course she can't neither log in to update her stock nor close it, without going through the website provider's customer service (which can take quite some time). And if she messaged you and told you she would send another butter slime you could have answered with "No, thank you, I'd like a refund instead". It's one thing to mention it and focus on the slimes, and another thing to make up a mysterious, dramatical story about it. And regarding Monstrousthings' slime: It wasn't any more melted than clear part of the orange Julius slime. Both have the same consistency, both have to be activated, one you excuse and lecture about slime consistency in hot weather and no big deal, the other one you punish. Not fair, Courtney. Not fair.

I've lost a password before to an Etsy shop (and so had to start over) and because you can't get into the account you also can't get in there to cancel/refund through Etsy either. So I think that is something to keep in mind.

Yea no... she could have closed the shop a while ago and forgot it. Or what probably happened is she has different business card and labels. She revamped her shop and wanted to send her slimes that were actually in stock, not her old slimes.

It was spring and 2 slimes came melted and 1 was extremely sticky she didn’t give enough borax to fix all of them, had to fix myself one was a cloud slime and was very wet and left tons of residue and all of them stank idk why she’s being nit picky now haha

"it was very weird was not the slime I ordered" If you read the note it says that she forgot the password and literally CAN NOT close her shop. Its unfair because she still gave you slime...Shipped it, bubble wrapped it, and gave you an extra slime and I don't think she got the money because shes not in her shop so she went above and beyond for your criticism. Just pointing out she did everything in her power to get you your slime and you still got slime. If I got that Id be happy because I got an extra slime and got slime in the first place.

Lily Wynyard I think you misunderstood my comment (or I phrased it poorly 😂). What I meant that is I don’t think most 8 year olds could handle reviews and criticism without taking it to heart. I think once the child is of an age when they are aware that if there is a negative review it’s not the end of their career and can then improve based on their critique. I am blaming the parents because it is their responsibility to care for their own child so if the child is upset then the parent should have done what is in their power to attempt to prevent this. I think that it is irresponsible to give a child who would get upset like this a shop. I also think that if you don’t have suitable packaging and good textures etc, that opening a shop is not fair to the customer. Hope that clears things up.

i'm just confused on why you'd blame a shop for the slime melting because you made the mistake of letting it sit in the summer heat but go off i guess

I’m a bit late but ok people expect borax or some kind of activator for them to activate the slime in case the slime is melted? Like some countries ban borax, or some people don’t have activator. And if the slime is melted, they can’t play with the slime if activator is not provided. So I guess borax is kind of a necessity in slime packages, or at least some form of activator in case people are allergic to borax (?). But most use borax as since it isn’t liquid, it wouldn’t be as big of a mess as compared to other liquid activators

If you noticed on their site, there are ads, so they are actually getting money from those ads when you play the game that they can use towards the rice donation 👍

The dopeslimeshop was one I ordered and one of the cloud slimes was super crumbly and didn’t hold together. I messaged them and they said add white glue. I did that and it didn’t work. I messaged them again and never go a single reply or and refund/replacement. Wondering if anyone else had this issue.

The scent for the first slime made me think of the air freshener that comes with the orange cap and flowers on it

Im surprised y’all aren’t catching on. Y’all don’t have ears? For the last slime, she didnt JUST take off points because it was melted, although it did factor in. She said the slime was sticky even after she activated it.and also the satisfying mixing effect got ruined cuz it got melted, and if that’s something that matters to Courtney then why y’all so mad lol

The first one, I activated my slime from her and it didn’t reactivate and I ended up using the whole cup of water and borax to fix one slime and it was still really really sticky and stack to everything I ordered 4 slimes so I didn’t even have enough to activate them and most of them were melted except the cloud which was very wet and left tons of residue, so why say something when hers does the same
